I tried mine, working as usual and my account status is still the same with how it was previously. I wonder of the error and account blocking only affect random accounts.
Have users with legacy accounts encountered any withdrawal problems recently? I have a legacy account and it says I can withdraw 1337 BTC a day, and I have withdrawn 10+ BTC on numerous occasions with no problems. But since yesterday when I log in I get automatically redirected over to the Basic Verification page that has a warning on the top saying "Unverified accounts cannot withdraw from Bittrex". Although when I go to my account summary it still says that my limit is 1337 BTC and the account type is still "Legacy". So I'm wondering if anything has changed in the past few days regarding unverified "legacy" accounts.
My other account is a legacy with those 1337 limit, it stored only 0.5 BCC (i was stuck at 0.33 bcc/btc, so I was kinda let it sit and wait for a miracle) and around 0.0017btc (I don't even remember I have this, I believe it was a leftover). I was rarely logging in to that account, maybe only once per week or even less, and I do that merely to make sure that the account will not get locked due to inactivity.
Today I logged in and got that "unverified account..." thing, my summary said my limit is still 1337, but my account type is now stated as "new". Stubbornly, I tried to withdraw the BCC to other exchange, because I thought there were nothing to lose, either it got locked forever because I refuse to do another verification, it will get frozen (or lost in limbo) on my attempt of withdrawal despite the "warning", or I got lucky and it arrive at my other address.
The BCC arrived after roughly six hours. Upon that success, I tried to WD the rest of the btc, because their withdrawal fee will means I'll only get 0.0007 in case of successful withdrawal, I exchange them to doge and send the doge to my address. It arrived too. So maybe you want to try withdrawing some? Just a small amount at first, to test the water. Maybe those "unverified account..." thing was an empty threat.
Or maybe... I was just lucky.
