I think you should have tried to access your account when you first discovered it was frozen. Why did it take you four years to try to get your account unlocked? Regardless, if you had a balance it was your money therefore you have every right to try to get the funds returned to you. I do not know much about how Bittrex operates these days but do not give in if they try to put obstacles in your way to get to your funds.

Sadly, the withdrawal deadline has passed for bittrex.com. You can try to write to them, though I'm not confident someone (excluding bots) will answer you -- not a bad course of action for your peace mind imo.
BTW, was your state banned at some point? hence the "isn't available in the locale you're accessing from"? I don't think you were sitting on an IP outside US since you should've been automatically redirected to bittrexglobal if so 🤔

It's nice to see this crappy exchange closing down finally. The dishonourable Richie Lai and Bill Shihara, who hurt thousands of people, may have gotten away with this, but I hope there is such a thing as the afterlife and these two will get their punishment.

i have an verified account that i used for years.
bittrex send me lot of mails to write an customer form.
i have ignored this because i think this was scam or spam mails
last month bittrex disabled my account.
i send this customer form to the bittrex-support 2 days ago, but my account is still disabled
i will never use this exchange, go away from bittrex

Are there true Bitcoiner's who still use Bittrex exchange?Even someone who uses heavily regulated exchanges like Coinbase pro will have a much better experience than this excuse of an exchange called Bittrex. They lost it when they started blocking people's accounts out of nowhere. Mine was one of them.

I bet they do that voluntarily because they are big blockers and treat BTC like garbage (you can't even withdraw to a segwit address).

I haven't checked but it doesn't look like they're applying this for bitcoin deposits only:

After Tether/USD and some Chain shitcoin pair, Bitcoin has the biggest volume on Bittrex, and I can't find any failed bitcoin forks listed there have any significant volume.

wtf... waiting up to 48 hours for depositing coins and coins have to be sent from from ''regulated'' providers.This is more like a circus show that worse than regular banks with fiat currencies, and I don't know if their $89M volume from Coingecko website if true, but I am sure it's going to decline rapidly soon.

Probably not. It actually shows in the trading volume, these numbers[1] are not what you would expect from an exchange that has been running for 8 years.

They don't provide any answers, their legal team does not respond to emails.

oop. you're right, i made a test account and they have nuked the live chat. Maaaaan. I thought they have improved their support even for a bit but it looks like it is still the same old.
In any case, do still escalate your ticket number thru the bot and their social networks (which is still the same lottery draw). It sucks but there is not much choice.
