My 6y old Bittrex verified account is restricted for 2 months, can't withdraw, can't trade.

They don't provide any answers, their legal team does not respond to emails.

Don't leave your funds on Bittrex, you have been warned.

I'm not. If you check the previous pages, you will see that I no longer use the exchange since they enforced KYC some time ago. I'm simply stating what I know and trying to help the guy since it appears that he doesn't mind verifying his identity.

Is there any success here for Enable account? I have completed the KYC process and it was a success. but must send photos to be able to activate the account.
in fact after I sent it until now there has been no reply from them regarding my account. Has anyone here ever experienced a case like mine? and how is the solution in this.

That's odd. They might have missed your ticket somehow. I suggest you close the ticket and open a new one. Most of the people I know got their accounts enabled again in less than 24 hours.

Bittrex is refusing to take actions upon verification my account althought I sent them absolutely all documents and photos they required. Their last response in the ticket dated 16th May "Thank you for your patience and understanding".

I don't see any reasonable justification for them to hold that issue so long and blocking access to my funds.

It is indeed insane. They got the time to knowing and planning the updated regulations beforehand but informing their users within a short amount of time is crazy.

Not sure why nobody is talking about this, but just when I thought that Bittrex could not get any worse:

A friend of mine told me that Bittrex didn’t credit her with BTC after selling some coins. So she made 3 withdrawals to move all her coins out of Bittrex. Then Bittrex halted the final withdrawal, it’s marked Pending. As you can imagine, they have not yet bothered to reply to her email about freeing up the withdrawal.
She may feel they are just plain crooks... it’s sad for me to observe since I thought Bittrex was supposed to be one of the reliable exchanges. Well, I hope they prove me wrong, but from what I’ve seen, they are operating just like petty criminals.

Is his/her account is verified?

I never had an issue with Bittrex though I'm not actively using it now. My account is verified and I even link my bank to my account so I can easily transfer money. All these accusations could be true, if you want to spread this information, you can make a scam accusation to make people aware about your friend's situation, make a thread in the scam accusation board and follow the format, make sure evidence are attach.

Going on five days now since I did my autheticator verification.  My new phone was defective.  Two weeks ago it took one day.   Not responding to support emails.

Yeap, it "makes it ok for the crooks to steal" because their terms of service, don't matter when Mr. gembitz creates 3 accounts, do they?

I have ever had a similar experience with them via verification though, I hadn't yet deposited any money in the account. Support was shitty as always and there was a point when my verification did not pass. When I tried contacting support, I never received any response to this date. Of course after 24 hours , I had already moved on to another exchange.
