I think I have found a way to extract my funds from the exchange, I will keep you updated and if it works I will post the solution in here. Keep fingers crossed!

I was thinking ---> if the prices dump hard while we are not allowed to withdraw, then we should be credited highest value of our assets during the period they were frozen because we were not allowed to move them to market in order to take advantage of the peak prices.  I can imagine Bittrex shorting the markets with our frozen assets ---> we can't let them get away with that one!

It's nearly two months that my account has been disabled without any reason and they do not give me a clear answer.

few days ago, I got an email from bittrex, some parts of it was interesting, now, today, an article was written that cause me to LAUGH AT BITTREX

let's take a look at some things, from the email i got :

Removing stale orders:  Effective today, Bittrex will be removing orders that are older than 28 days.  As we’ve communicated in the past, many of these orders have no reasonable expectation of being filled and clog the order books.

now, SHIT HEAD BITTREX, who are you kidding? order books, at the programming back end is just tables on SQL data base. clogging data base? DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHAT IS SQL DATA BASE?

Raising the minimum trade size

Really? who are you to dictate me how much i can trade?

Creating minimum tick sizes

Who are you to dictate me the tick size i want to use?

A general statement about market manipulation tactics:  Bittrex actively discourages any type of market manipulation, including pump groups.  Consistent with our terms of service, we will suspend and close any accounts engaging in this type of activity and notify the appropriate authorities

Now, this is the laughing part, on one side you are saying that you discourage market manipulation, on the other hand you ARE manipulating the ORDER BOOK, you ARE manipulating the TRADE SIZE, you ARE manipulating the TICK SIZE,... what else is there to be MANIPULATED?

Now, you are including pump dump group, you kidding me? aren't you the one closing the wallets right before many pump or dump moves in your market time and time and time again? aren't you the one that manipulates all aspects of the market (order book, trade and tick size)?

As a trader, when i decide to take a position, I would think that what I see in the order book is THE REAL DECISION PEOPLE MAKE IN MARKET. how would I know you didn't manipulate the order book? when i want to put orders, I want to have flexibility in my money management policy and price decision making, and again, YOU are FORCING me to make different size on my trade size and the price I want to use, FORCING ME TO HELP THE DUMP OR PUMP.

At the end, no matter what nice words you use, you are just fooling newbies and kids, not a professional who can see your motives and moves.

I have also an account in Bittrex and it's disabled for more than a month without any reason. some of us affected in our life just because of unprofessional Bittrex behavior... Please don't let them to do whatever they like with your money

my accounts went from LEGACY to NEW, trying to verify the accounts are a joke

Same here. This is ridiculous. EGACY Users should have the possibility to withdraw there coins and then close their accounts.
Bittrex is changing their TERMS on weekly basis. There should have been an announcement with a date. Everybody could
have withdraw if they are not happy with the new TERMS now I am stuck. BASIC verify is okey for me I don't need extended.
Problem is I am not from US so my ONLY possibility is to do the extended verify. It's ridiculous

BITTREX give all LEGACY users the possibility to withdraw their funds until end of year. That would be perfectly fine for me

one of my accouts contain less than $500, i was able to withdraw most of the funds before it got disbled, according to the statment i should be able to enable my account by my self since the value is less than $1000, well so i thought.

this will be the end of bittrex as we know it

Yeah, I am really pissed that I've had to dox myself but for the amount at stake I don't have a lot of choice.

There is no hope!

It's happening in phases.  I was also able to withdraw last week.  But, then I made another deposit a few days back and tried to withdraw and I was denied.  My trade didn't even get covered so I was only trying to withdraw exactly what I deposited.  I even told them that I would like to close my account and withdraw my funds ---> they said nope ---> So, I gave them everything they asked for Enhanced Verification and they still wouldn't let me withdraw.

This is EXACTLY the problem. Bittrex tries to FORCE everyone to have Enhance Verification and if you don't want to do that then you may lose your money because there is no other option to withdraw.

Same here,thay are forcing me to uploads scans.Bittrex is writing that thay are regulated by several us regultors,but thay dont specify which one thay make his changes without any prior notification.Thay write that thay are not regulated by SEC becouse thay dont list securities thay list only utility tokens,big joke

Thay list tether under $ token,to avoid regulation and banking.Bitfinex/Tether is pure security altough it is fraud and ponzi scheme vehicle with anonymous offshore account in Panama

For me is to much,i am going to write sec and fbi and some others regulators
I am EU member,in EU there is law any financial service has to inform his customers via email  2 moths before any changes occur and give it the time to close acconts remove funds

Write to sec fbi and notify them about tether,thay will have good reason to audit bittrex,poloniex

More people will write to regulators,better,but dont be anonymous in your messege or just cry on SM and wait for Bittrex mercy

I just spoke to a friend who has a balance of over $100k (all alts).
His account is EV and he wasn't aware of any of these issues.
He just successfully withdrew some coins as a test after I told him about the issues I was having.
Not all users are affected here. There is still some hope.

Two things:

1)  This has been developing for a few months in phases ---> it's not new.

And,

2)  If this is a joint action, which it appears to be, between the US government and Bittrex, then I don't know if there's a whole lot that can be done to prevent it ---> Quantum computing will insure that the bitcoin protocol is obsolete before a lawsuit is settled if the US government is involved.
