Blackcoin is ridiculously cheap. It's worth more than LTC

Edit: Yes it is just my opinion, but I'm dumping all Alts including BTC every chance I get..

RE: shacoin

Are other blackcoin copycats a threat? Shacoin has all the fundamentals of blackcoin. Could be many more in development.
Is it up to the community to pick a winner?

Shacoin, ya right:

Quote
Adopts a variable PoS rate with the following annual interest rate:
- Year 1: 25%
- Year 2: 15%
- Year 3-9: 10%
- Starting Year 10, it will have an annual PoS interest of 1%

25% ?

I'm not interested. See MINT.

Cheers,
Yep, gotta ask the questiosn though. The more challenges we break through the stronger the coin gets. I hold firm that's for sure (and buy firm too) Smiley

What is causing the consistent rise?

the power of a deflationary currency. only supply that is out there is already held. Add a few gh of miners dumping btc into BC every day and you have constant buying pressure. target within 7 days is 15k

very interesting Smiley

Hey, I'm behind the Star-Spangled Curtain, could I get a screenshot of the blackcoin parts of your site? Thanks Smiley

Aw man it's a drag whenever I hear about Americans who want to play. I grew up in Vegas. If I'd spent less time getting high in parking lots and more time sucking up to rich fucks I'd probably... well, actually I'd probably be working in a real nice cubicle office in Vegas and not living offshore. Anyway, here's what our interface looks like. Next time you're in Mexico give it a shot  Grin

y'all beware that there are some nasty trolls who are cropping up that want to take down this coin now. We're being trolled on twitter for the quality of the casino, and for tying it to BlackCoin (or vice versa) which is ridiculous -- we're actually the only full casino in the virtual currency space (including bitcoin) that isn't running a pirated copy of someone else's software, and that operates legally. No other full casino smaller than 3dice runs their own verifiably fair platform, discounting dice games. We have deep roots and are well known for what we've done in the gaming industry, taking a lead in pulling towards Bitcoin. We opened that market. If we're taking flak along with BlackCoin you know it's somewhat serious and they're thinking about pulling out the guns to FUD the currency.

I think BC is naturally resistant to that and we're about to find out just how much so.

We dealt with similar trolling when we launched in Bitcoin in 2011; that time, it was on the casino forums, from people who ran Visa/Mastercard casinos. This time it's from Bitcoin or Litecoin trolls.

If prior experience is any guide, it means these people are on the ropes and see a real threat to their infrastructure; whether that's because they're other casinos and we were the first to move, or they're representing other currencies that don't have the fundamental longevity that BlackCoin has in its DNA. The multi-mining is going to deliver a knockout punch...at which point pretty much nothing anyone says against the currency will matter. But until then, fight the FUD =)

No worries guys,

Those on the sidelines should use the opportunity to get in on anything between 4-5k.

Market price is getting manipulated down at cryptorush and on Mintpal that 3 BTC sell wall is always driving down the price!!!

Why do people follow these manipulated trends?

I'm successfully mining on the http://www.cryptoalts.com/ blackcoin pool. With windows and bamt, if anyone fancies getting involved in mining and isn't going to read 400+ posts.

It does work. I've got nothing in it. But pool awareness is getting a bit lost here.

I'm an adult and I'm not just holding on to my coins. There's a certain rhythm to the market. If it goes up too fast it's going to correct. There's no point in missing these opportunities when they present themselves.

I agree. If I may elaborate, the markets are like rubber bands. If they get stretched too far in one direction they will snap back. Maybe not all the way but they will have a correction.

The reason for this is simple. There are outstanding sell orders. If there is a lot of buying going on then the price goes higher. This causes the sell orders to trip and sell accordingly, causing the price to be corrected. This doesn't just happen in cryptocurrency. It happens in the stock market as well.
