I'm not sure if this is already discussed, but I'm wonder if BlackCoin Team maybe wants to rethink to implement of some kinds of master nodes? This will reduce number of coins in free circulation and will affect demand. This can bring growth and will certainly will add more value.

Hey guys, using v1.2.4 wallet to stake but it takes about 5 times more memory than bitcoin-qt.. 800MB seems a bit high, is that normal ?

Personally I don't see the need for SegWit as lightning network can be constructed without it. Segwit gives too much power to people who validate transactions.

What does this coin offer than just being a POS coin? I cant find any substance behind it.
I like my POS coins but also like good projects and products behind them, such as Radium.

This thread isnt the main hub of activity I believe, you may want to ask for an invite to the slack forum where there is multiple threads kept on questions, answers and all that.
Unless you have amazing ideas to advance or contribute, its not especially productive for a dev to take too much time to trouble himself over keeping the hoi polloi happy

This month was busy month, went for a business trip to get real use cases for this coin.. so far so good
The dev was a bit postponed now.. you know, for the real stuff..(now you know the swings are not because of segwit.. sorry)
October is not over yet, and work not done too.. made good progress. Now CheckProofOfStake will be added,
some copy/paste protection will be added and first public release iteration can start.
