Traders attribute all unknowns to 'bots'

It's kinda like saying "because aliens"

It's not "unknown". It's rapid trading at extreme prices. Humans don't trade like that. Get some education on how things are done.

Stop spreading FUD, people are buying in mintpal.

Mintpal does not have API for to to log bot, do not talk nonsense!

The mintpal just has API for to read the order book, volume, etc..

Mintpal does have a trade api? https://www.mintpal.com/api/v2

(Just changed my heavycoin password, and again its auto been taken when they auto add my coins to the wallet).

Same with my vertcoin

Same with my Bitcoin in my blockchain wallet...

all passwords on, and for blockchain 2FA token.
Damn, that sucks man. I thought selling my 50k to break even sucked, having it stolen from you today would suck worse.

You guys do understand that a good 98% of us who invest in these altcoins dont make the market go up or down. its the whales in the 2% that actually raise the price of the coin. no ones buying in because bc is a long term investment. none of these coins are good long time holds, cause the whales will dump them when they're done. just be smart when you are trading.

Bisq Market Day - March 20th 2023
^ Generally, their goal is to make very small amounts of money on the bid/ask spread, but to do it all throughout the day.  It's possible to make more sophisticated bots, but probably not easy, and I don't think there are many in crypto-land.  Suppose I could be wrong though, but I haven't seen much evidence.
look ate BTCe..always 1000 online bots vs 3500 humans ..most trades are done buy bots

dump now !

I think you're already too late if you wanted to dump at the temporary peak and rebuy, but you're welcome to trade at your own risk (if you even have any coins at all that is.)

Bot vs. Bot.

What exactly is happening behind the trades when you see this?

Automatic traders (bots) are buying up coins and selling coins at the same time, causing wild fluctuations in the price.

My question is more like, who builds such bots and why?
