I like how will bob maintain their revenue and growth by following the modern trend of revenue models like not having membership fees, sign-up costs and transaction fees so the prices they can offer can be as low as possible for contractors and consumers which can save a lot and the money can instead be used for the upgrades and growth of the contractors that will provide services to the customers.

I'am curious what exchange will bob get to be listed first? It have a lot of potential to draw many investors to invest because the service industry in US and some parts of Europe are booming so I also want to take advantage of this amazing ICO when it hits the market.
I think there will no announcement about the incoming exchanges since the ICO is not finished. In my opinion, the new coin will firstly be listed on hitbtc since this exchange is very friendly to new coins. Then other big exchange may come later.
