unfortunately the ICO will end in a couple of weeks but you can still support bob when it hits the exchange I also amazed with its service that can offer to the people on how it can transform the way home services are being provided now with bob repair it can save a lot of money and the reliability of the service is strengthen by the application to be launch so customers will be worry free from hidden charges and fraud.

I want to invest in the platform, but when registering for the token sale, it's very clear that the Bob Tokens are not considered securities and are not an investment. They are to be used on the platform. I don't necessarily want to use the platform itself. Is there not really an investment opportunity here? Please help clarify this for me. 
To be honest mate, the best advice I can give is to do your own research about the project and be sure of all the indices. If you are not convinced to do so then don't invest. If it goes either way you either win or loose.

I agree to you sir even some information laid out in the whitepaper if you as an investor didn't read it how can you understand the project you are entering but there are also different methods you can try like participating in some forums like bitcointalk to broaden your perspective because you are expose to the ideas of others but don't expect them to spoon feed all your answers it is also your part to do some finding and researches to make the community productive just like what bob repair like to provide for its future clients giving convenience in repair homes needs.
First of all, of course at the end of Bobsrepair ICO it would be listed in exchange, am sure you understand that the timing is dependent on the exchanges themselves. Secondly I asked you to do your own research because what is suitable for one investor might be unpleasing for another. For instance I stumbled upon an ICO project that seemed all good but had a hidden clause that after its token sale, token distribution to investors would span over 6months and beyond, with this many would not want to thread this way but rather have their token after ICO ends probably keeping it long or short term in their cold wallets.

If you are making a purchase in Ether PLEASE send money from your private Ethereum wallet address that is compatible with ERC20 tokens. If you have made your purchase from an exchange address then you will have to fill out a claim form to receive your BOB tokens. Please do not worry about this. That's not what I'm asking. I believe it would be great to invest in. I just don't understand what the investment vehicle is. It sounds like it's the token, but in the KYC (or is it CYA?) clause it explicitly states that the token is not an investment. Are those just words, i.e. can you still trade the token in the exchanges? If so, then I suppose that the token is indeed the investment vehicle.

It is beginning to look irritating to always come here for valuable information and discussions about Bobsrepair, only to see bounty reports here on the Ann thread. I'm looking for help with understanding things here. I want to invest in the platform, but when registering for the token sale, it's very clear that the Bob Tokens are not considered securities and are not an investment. They are to be used on the platform. I don't necessarily want to use the platform itself. Is there not really an investment opportunity here? Please help clarify this for me.
To be honest mate, the best advice I can give is to do your own research about the project and be sure of all the indices. If you are not convinced to do so then don't invest. If it goes either way you either win or loose.
