I'm getting HW errors even on I 11-13, so I don't think thats the problem.
did you compile it from source or are you running the binary version of sgminer v5??
I'm on Windows 7 so I downloaded sgminer v5 and this is what I have in my .bat file:

Trying lowering your intensity to around 13 and then work your way up I'm using sgminer v5, with quarkcoin kernel, but I'm only getting HW errors.

I have a theory about the price / dumping. The QEX operator is dumping all the coins they took when they closed. Either that or whoever pumped it last is dumping at satoshi worth of price to make people want to sell lower before round two of pumping.
I think you might be right about that! I forgot all about QEX!!! Great time to buy if they want to dump!
