i appreciate your recognition. let me say that it has been an honor and a privilege to be a part of this project and i consider myself very lucky to have this opportunity. i was a member of nwgt and present during the early irc days. i've put a lot of time and effort into keeping this coin alive for the better part of the past six years now along with 8-bit. I have done all of the social media management, graphic design, copy writing, advertising, promotion, and public relations myself. i have written and produced a rap video and a short commercial as well as discussed in length with developers on a plan for moving forward. i also have a list of over 100 angel investors that i will soon be contacting in order to drum up some capital to take us to the next level. this project means a lot to me and i take it very seriously. i've put my heart and soul into it. it is more than just a hobby. i have great confidence in the integrity and importance of this project.

Yes. We plan to audit the code and update the wallet as necessary. I want to release a Linux wallet as well. As far as getting on an exchange, we have thought about building our own exchange on cannachan.org but there is also concern of the liability inherent with running an exchange. Nevertheless, we do need to get on an exchange one way or another. I have an email list of 100 "angel investors" and I will be working on contacting them in order to drum up some capital for the project. Have you read our "game plan" on cannachan.org? Any thoughts?

here are the steps to setting up your cannacoin wallet on windows...

be sure to acquire a list of active nodes first. you can find current nodes at https://cannacoinblog.blogspot.com

step 1: download the wallet from https://cannacoinblog.blogspot.com/2020/12/cannacoin-wallet-for-windows-download.html

step 2: unzip and open 'cannacoin-qt.exe'

step 3: click 'help' > 'debug' window in the menu bar

step 4: click the 'console' tab

step 5: enter the following for each individual node:

           'addnode add'

step 6: allow the blockchain to download and sync

step 7: profit

when you get your blockchain synced up shoot me an email at [email protected] for 100 free Cannacoin (while supplies last)

Q: What is Cannacoin?
A: Cannacoin was first deployed on March 28, 2014 as a solution to the "cash only" respite set on growers, dispensaries, and consumers alike through Federal regulation as well as a response to the Global Financial Crisis of 2008. It is the evolution of distributed computing and the BitTorrent protocol. It was the brainchild of the founders of the popular, but now defunct, "NWGT.org" (Northwest Green Thumb) online medical cannabis forum. It is a new form of electronic money called "cryptocurrency" similar to Litecoin and Dogecoin and other altcoins and is intended for use within the independent, medical, and recreational cannabis communities as a medium of exchange, a unit of account, and a store of value for cannabis and cannabis related products and services, worldwide.

Cannacoin(CCN) was proudly released under fair distribution with 0.00% pre-mine and no ICO. Cannacoin transitioned to "Proof of Stake" at block 370,000 on December 9th, 2014 with a nominal stake interest of 2% annually. There were 4,625,000 CCN mined during the "Proof of Work" phase. Cannacoin has a max supply of 13,140,000.

Q: Why Cannacoin?
A: Simply put, we need Cannacoin and other altcoins because someday Bitcoin will be too precious to spend on everyday purchases such as cannabis.
