I have received voucher instead of chips, so it looks like you need to refill again.  Smiley

@ChipMixer
Same here, when you think chips will be ready?

It will be ready as soon as admin start taking care of his site. Chips running out, ssl expiring, rarely online.

I have needed this mix quickly and instead I have to wait who knows how long and maybe never get it since the only guarantee is "past performance".

I have used ChipMixer many times before, paid donations because I likes how it works, but will probably switch to Wasabi Wallet and never again use centralized mixers.

I still like the way ChipMixer works and it's the best mixer in my opinion, because of the way it mixes and because it's cheap (not like those charging fees from 1-10%), but again, you have to transfer your coins to anonymous third party and hope that you will get it back...

Chipmixer...firstly, I enjoy your service and find it to be an interesting and novel mixing service.

I started a mix about 18 hours ago and was given a voucher. Tried redeeming it a few hours later, and got a new voucher. Just tried again, same thing.

I emailed [email protected] 5 hours ago as well.

Any idea to when chips will be refilled and ready for withdrawal?

This usually occurs when the daemon gets stuck. It's usually fixed within a few days if not sooner.

Thanks...I appreciate the info.

I’ve used CM dozens of times, seamlessly. This is the first time I’ve run into this.

Yes, it does look like to is an error in the code or an error in the file permissions for the code. My way also works.
I don't know what the URL is for a session restore?
https://chipmixer.com/session/restore/your_session_token_here

I'm getting the same error when I try to manually restore the session. The workaround is to use the restore link as explained above (which is working fine).

https://bit.ly/387FXHi lightning theory
From last 1-month after transferring BTC to your wallet when ever we try to restore session to withdraw our BTC your page goes dead and we always get error "Server internal error".
This error pop only after we transfer the BTC to your wallet, if we don't send BTC and we try to restore session is work perfectly.
SO KINDLY TELL US WHAT'S THE CATCH.
I noticed this error a few times too,
and my quick easy solution is by simply opening the full url link restore session
I think there's a coding error on restoring session through input form

Have you tried accessing their website via Tor on their onion address? ( http://chipmixerwzxtzbw.onion/ )

I've occasionally had problems accessing their clearnet address as well, but their onion address seems to be unaffected by whatever is causing this occasional issue.

@chipmixer, whenever I try to use your site on my Android phone the captcha gets blocked by the panel at the top. Is there a fix to this. I'm using the most recent version of chrome.

Edit: I can change it to be like a desktop site and that works but can't think of anything better?

Bump!

So looking at this service, and possibly other mixers, aren't they effectively just exchanging my transaction history with another stranger.
Correct. And that's why Chipmixer gives you a signed receipt:
For example.

Alice deposits 10 mBTC into chipmixer and gets a 8 mBTC chip and a 2 mBTC chip.  The chips Alice gets were from earlier in the week, so they don't have her TXN history.

Bob comes around later and deposits 10 mBTC and picks up a 8 mBTC chip and 2 mBTC chip.  Bob does something bad with this chips and gets investigated.  When they trace the coins Bob used, they ultimately trace them back to Alice, since Bob happened to pick up Alice's earlier deposit.  So although this is great for Bob, Alice gets a knock on the door with questions about what she's been up to.
A mixer can't change any connection Alice had to a certain address before mixing the coins. If there are any ties between Alice and her 10 mBTC deposit, Alice can be found. This has nothing to do with Bob (who received the chips created out of Alice's deposit), the same thing could have happened to Alice without using a mixer.

But you said Bob "does something bad", that means Bob did this after receiving the mixed coins, and if that's what is being investigated, Bob can't pin it on Alice.
