Yes, I think they are not accurately responding to people about latest update from the company. Many people are waiting for the update, I think previously they have given the update regarding CDT distribution and they announced they are going to distribute Bounties on August 15th.

They already had some working beta version of the app before going live for crowdfunding. When they feel ready and comfortable to go for exchanges being in advanced level of development phases this is going to recover in short time. Then it will be much more profitable in long run these phases come and go strong projects remain in game.
When can we expect the start of trading? Can you still send tokens between addresses? Now may not be the best time to start trading.

They haven't verified their contract code, so exchanges won't list it yet.
Still, they are in verifying things about the hack happened to the website. May be they need to upgrade it before listing in the exchanges and today only they have responded in Bounty thread. Very soon they will solve all the issues they raise before and may be they will address to each and every question people raised.
