This platform will make it very easy for every freelancer to get job and works and also big project will get people to earn money and get jobs.  I think they will become a very big website worldwide to provide and get jobs online and also get paid highly and in crypto too. They are also very secure and the payments will also be secure for all the people.
if it can actually make it to the top i think it will bring about a flexible and efficient marketplace for both freelancers and part timers it has really amazing idea i just hope to see more of its implementation and if possible a mobile version

As freelancer who has lots of problem with traditional freelance websites, I am interested in your project, I have seen other people trying to build something like that but we still don't have good platform in crypto space that can really be alternative to traditional companies in this type of business. So I will keep my eyes on you and same time I'll try to read whitepaper.
Most of the similar projects are been stopped in the middle and hope that this project really goes to good heights as it will really help a lot of users to get good desired freelancing jobs with this platform.

Where can I see the whitepaper? Do you have any website for the platform? Looking forward for the answers so that I'll know more about this platform and what it can bring to the community. My internet connection is crappy and I can't fully load the first post in the thread which contains picture (?) I think. Thanks in advance admins.

I highly highly doubt that they'll upload their whitepaper on this thread in the form of a picture of all thing, it's usually a PDF on their website. Load that and see

well ... pre-sale is finished and sold out already in october... what are u guys doing since october?  your ico must have been finished for months and the platform is still not launched ?
maybe the team had some delays with the launch of the project? In any case, I believe that they need to explain to their followers what they are doing now and what are their plans for the near future.

Will there be a limit in the number of workers per category in this platform? Years ago, I was rejected when I applied in Upwork. It says that they can not accept my application because there are many people in the category already.

Life
Is the payout automatically executed by the blockchain or manually by the customer once I have done my work as a freelancer or reviewer?

Payout it automatic when the task in finalized, or if there is a timeout, the waiting party can finalize as well.
An example: client has 3 days to review work after the freelancer has submitted the solution (accept or start dispute), if not done, freelancer can finalize the task as well, and get the funds.
Payout to reviewers is automatic on finalization in case the task was in dispute.
Nice thing about disputes, and why it is scalable, is that every stakeholder checks off-chain whether they were selected (signing with their private key and checking selection based on their stake), if so then they vote (commitVote), and later only prove on-chain that they were indeed selected (revealVote, more in the whitepaper).
