I think the site is not working, as they say, it should be yet. It's underdeveloped and if you will see job listings it is possible that it will be just example for their templates.

Unfortunately for you, newbie they could participate very seldom in bounty campaigns, at present with system new merit and at all. You will be able to participate unless in twitter campaign, but it should be specified and as well huge amount followers should be.

If newbies can't participate to the signature campaign, there are still a lot of campaigns they can join, like social media campaign, telegram, youtube, blog, etc. They just need to follow all requirements needed.

I think the uniqueness of this project is just that its decentralized. There is no third party to accept or decline you except the project owner itself. If the website works well and the project owners are serious (no scammers; after doing the tasks so that they dissapears and take another account and scam again) so ı would also support this project being a freelancer mostly in translations.
