Did your friend's 4314 YAC ever show up at BTER?  My transfer finally showed up after two emails and over 24 hours... I hope it did, that's a lot of YAC to lose. Sad

yes they're credited now, but what good is that if the rate has plunged to 0.000032 in the mean time?

An exchange is supposed to provide quick deposits, so one can react to market developments. But this
is just ridiculous. They way they handle this requires you to have significant amount of currency parked
at the exchange at all times.

Am thinking of limiting the gpu usage to 90% Since am noticing some lag in the os response (CPU Usage:2%).
I use the pc for surfing and watching movies online and offline. I turn cudaminer off when I game.

-i 1  and a small kernel launch configuration will work. usually autotune will only find small configurations
while tuning with the -i 1 flag.

this "interactive mode" is enough for watching a video, but probably not for gaming, unless you're
thinking Solitaire or a flash game in a browser.

But not sure how? Read somebody telling to use this code: setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT percentage
but it didn't work for me?

My GPU won't mine at 99% unless I leave chrome open its really odd.  Get better hash rate with chrome open.  I just noticed this.

I'm using -i 0

So I didn't expect it to be throttling.

that's a bit of a mystery to me, why this is happening.

Are you also getting: GPU #0: cudaError 30 (unknown error) calling 'result = cudaStreamSynchronize(stream)' (salsa_kernel.cu line 902)
at some time with GTX 750 Ti ??

Anyone know what the rate of a 750 non-ti is?  I think I'm going to try out a pair of them since it looks like they could still be overclocked a decent bit if you get one with a 6pin connector and/or raise the voltage limit and reflash the bios.  Just wondering how the difference in cuda cores affects mining in these Maxwell cards.  Wanted to verify before pulling the trigger but it doesn't look like anyone has tried yet.

Up to 300kh on MRC with the 750ti at +115 core, +510 mem.  Pretty pleased with it there.  Gave it a go on darkcoin with sgminer..  fell flat on its face sadly, but not suprisingly

What Cudaminer settings are you running to get this on MRC?

EDIT: I had to use nvflash to update the bios settings to get a total GPU clock of 1324 Mhz (+135), +600 on memory clock to break 300Khash/s on MRC.  Runs at 53 degrees with 56% fan (1875rpm), ~75% TDP (GPU-Z).

Gigabyte version.

Makes me want to sell my 660Ti and get a second 750Ti.

I was just wondering something. PANDA, MAX, both blew up in *very* short order. Has there been a successful new altcoin launched since the first of the year, or is this par for the course? Of course, both panda and max had egotistical "masterminds" selling snake oil backing them, but I don't know if that is normal or not, either. In the meantime, I'm sitting here at 187Kh, mining and holding doge since panda blew up, since it at least is getting some pop culture buzz. It will be May before I can think about replacing my 650 Ti boost, so maybe worrying about what to mine right now is moot.

Vertcoin is a solid long term investment right now. It's currently my favorite altcoin.

Short term you might want to look at MintCoin. Good potential there for it to blow up in March.

I'd forgotten all about Mint. I have 17,000 sitting in a wallet. What's a good Vertcoin pool?

my friend's 4314 YAC are still in limbo. If bter.com doesn't resolve this, I will have to refund it out of my pocket - isn't that great?

bter.com is dying for me, one failed deposit after another.

Is cryptsy any better?  I've heard bad stuff about them, but mostly for DOGE trading there.

I'd say mine yacoin, hold or sell some, mine qqcoin?

Vertcoin looks promising as well, all the true scrypt asic proof coins might do well (ultracoin for instance is pretty cool).

I was going to try this to see how much of a jump I would get but I am not a dos person so when it came to running the nvflash I had to stop. Just don't know the commands.

LOVE IT!! Getting 337kh stable. 341kh gave me BSOD.
What configuration are you using for that? I have an MSI as well and currently getting about 285KH/s per card.

-d 1 -i 0 -l T5x24 -C 1 -m 1 -H 1

Modded the bios following the instructions from a few pages ago. Had to pull the BIOS off the card in DOS, back into windows to mod, back out to DOS to flash, back into windows to run.

If you are running more than one card on the same system you have to flash one at at time using the "--index=#" flag where # is your device ID (0,1,2 just like cudaminer).

Well, I will give it try tonight or tomorrow morning with the new BIOS on my card, I flashed my 780 Ti so I still have the USB stick around here somewhere. But I want to flash a card when it's not on a riser...

Was neglecting my MRC mining and logged into to poloniex to check and realized that prices went wayyyy up and I had 3 ltc sitting in there waiting for me Smiley
...I'm just ready for these damn ltc prices to go up again....

why did the MRC/LTC market on poloniex go up, but the market MRC/BTC on mintPal stayed exactly flat?

Christian

Someone yesterday put 8btc of MRC to sell (which may take a while), so if you want to sell you have to sell at a lower price or elsewhere...(well that's my explanation...)

There is a nvflash which works from windows, I used it to flash several times my cards and never had any problem.
I used this one from here http://www.overclock.net/t/1438886/official-nvidia-gtx-780-ti-owners-club
It is in the Ez3flash.zip (ez3flash being a bat file which uses nvflash)
