I think that block explorer is not functioning properly/not showing correctly

If you look at the transaction details you see small amounts of PoS Amounts.

The value you see at the main page is just the amount that is transferred in that block.

That block can be generated by POS or PoW

And you  believe its a "normal" block from staking 

Big amounts>Staking

Some exchanges like cryptsy stake coins. Bittrex I'm not sure

in essence lowering overall coin count
