XDN price on poloniex has went up. But strangely, no new deposits are allowed.
BTW, does anyone know if there is a maximum limit in terms of money (XDN) a person can move from one XDN wallet to another XDN wallet?

I don't think there is a limit - there hasn't been in any wallet that I have used at least. There will likely be a larger TX fee if you are transferring many blocks. Thanks
Glad I waited for the price to drop, some of my lower buy orders were filled over the last few days. I've now spaced out my sells more =)
who cares about trading, nobody is going to work harder for you to flip some crypto better.

I still have not found a way to make deposits from the command line (or through the payment gate RPC). Do you plan to add this functionality and if so, when? Or did the development of this coin been frozen?

Development is not frozen, soon we will introduce a major update with some "surprise". Deposits can be made via GUI.
