It has been 6 days, not 24 or 48 hours. The transaction still shows Unconfirmed. You are saying having Polo reset their wallet will change an unconfirmed transaction on the blockchain.
There is NO suck transaction in blockchain and there is NO such transaction in tx pool.
You can verify with the following daemon command:
Probably minergate is keeping unconfirmed transactions in their database, there is NO problem on XDN side. Your XDN should be back to Poloniex wallet within 24h after they produced this big transaction.
This situation is very rare and usually is solved automatically after 24-48h but we will increase the default max transaction size limit in the next release.
Ask Polo to refresh and give your coins back. Read this statement
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.17237093And be careful with Polo, we suggest not to use Poloniex and to move your coins from Poloniex ASAP.
Use other exchanges for XDN and FCN:
XDN and FCN exchange HitBTC:

https://bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-XDNP.S. We are sorry for not answering your issue before now, basically all community answers were right, we are very busy with the upcoming announcements, news, and updates.
So... here is your problem. Very simply, my 1.2 million XDN entered your programs, the XDN blockchain,
then disappeared. You claim no responsibility, saying there is not even such a transaction. The end result, at the moment, is I am screwed.
In your explanation and suggestions above, you expect me to deal with Polo to work out the issue. There should be some way you can prove the coins were sent back to Polo. Isn't that something the blockchain should show? I thought it was a record of all transactions.
Are you saying transactions can simply disappear from the blockchain?I bet that gives people invested in XDN a warm fuzzy feeling.
Tomorrow will be a week, and somehow this is still my problem. Tell me what you are going to do to show this community when they are sending XDN they don't have to worry about their coins simply
disappearing.
Hi!
I hope i unterstood you right.
The transaction was not confirmed, but the coins are not shown to you in the exchange wallet?
Then i think its a problem of the exchange software.
The network processes transactions, either sucessfully so sender coins away - at the receiver arrived,
or transaction not sucessfull, sender keeps coins - receiver gets nothing.
If this happend, for whatever reason, the coins should still be displayed in your exchange wallet!
If it is not, it is at the exchange software, but not at the coin.
If you are looking for a confirmation for your transaction, with the wallet adress of the sender, the wallet adress of the
receiver, volume of the transaction and the ip adresses of all involved, sorry,
then i believe you did not fully unterstand the meaning of this project.
