I want to say that if there are users who hold such a large number of coins (if this information is objective) on Bittrex, then they lose decent POS revenue.

this way u have ur coins local the VPS can be operated without risc proper configured there are no coins on the vps (the real coins are in the control wallet)

The price of running nodes should not be an issue, especially if this increasing price trend continues. I guess scarcity of DMD Diamond is what affects the market a lot.

linux based a raspberrypi or similar can run a dmd3 wallet

keep in mind mn need a node for each mn
but can run multiple nodes on one server with static ip and each a different port

basicall every address with 1 or more DMD will start in DMDv3 with same balance as it have on farewell timepoint on DMDv2

the best way to prepare is send all ur coins towards one address and backup the private key of that address (dumpprivkey in console)
guides will presented early enough

with this private key u can claim ur address on DMDv3 chain always and privkey backup is the best way to backup ur address access

we aim to also have a easy mode that DMDv3 wallet can just salvage the old DMDv2 wallet and recover keys but i would not trust just on this
to be on save side always backup ur private keys

and if u total lazy and trust bittrex just move a week before DMDv2 farewell ur coins on exchange
and after DMDv3 chain started ur coin balance will be possible to withdraw from exchange towards DMDv3 wallet

regarding claim ur coins with private key the claim timewindow will be 10 years......
for the exchange swap support u must send to exchange pre DMDv2 farewell

if by some miracle u not able export ur priv keys in time u can even later export them by start up a old dmdv2 wallet when u have a valid wallet.dat (plus the password to unlock it)

(to be able export private keys u can even start the old wallet offline)
