ESP was on suprnva but they stopped it. Exact words of the suprnova guy when i mailed him why they delisted ESP:

"Too strwssy on the servers and too low value  of the coin..  And I don't see any chance of change in the future..  It's a dead coin and I need space for the new coins"

but funny is that he is hosting https://boat.suprnova.cc/

Yeah, that is funny and sad at the same time.
And that he is sitting in a sitting room at the same time

and still running https://boat.suprnova.cc/ with only 200k hash and 10 workers... If he would go for ESP he would have 60 workers with 200M hash

Only 200 kh/s? Lol, i can do a 51% attack then if i wanted (more a 99%) . :-D

Hi everyone,
I know that staking is not working at the moment but can anyone explain to me why every time i open my wallet and activate stake (with 16 to 22 connections)once i get message about extract amount of espers my wallet stop synchronizing blocks and i get 0 connections, and it stays like that until i close my wallet and restart it! of course after restart the extract amount is rejected and my wallet works fine again in less than 5 minutes with more than 16 connections!

is it normal? or there something wrong with the wallet?
NB: I have the last update of wallet.

Thanks.

Do you also have a feeling that ESP will soon surprise us all?

You never know. But i sold several 100 of millions a while back to reinvest elsewhere. I still have some millions left just in case and when mining nexus becomes less profitable to mine ( less than 0.01 worth in btc a day ) i will switch to esp because it has a pretty good profit for me.

>>>Macintosh Espers Client - Version 0.8.6.1 Patch-0<<<
April 7th, 2017 (above is the Mac client as promised, thank you ctgiant and your awesome Mac building abilities Smiley )

>>>Source<<<

Has now been released!

v0.8.6.1 is a mandatory update for ALL Mac users
This also includes the sync from 0 fix of course and the custom built difficulty retarget system

(PS: The softfork is on block 667k)

Ocminer delisted our project many months ago during its initial birth. We were not interested in dealing with someone who continually blamed us for coding issues when there was nothing wrong with it (as the team proved by launching our own pool through catlin when we were still with them).

Ocminer seems to like any project we aren't involved with. Not our problem and not something we're going to get all bothered about, way bigger fish to fry so to speak. On that happy note we're getting our own pool back up. This time not running through any business or anything like that but hosted by the team itself.

this is question for suprnova not for ESP dev! Maybe after 667k we all should start sending request to ocminer to add ESP to suprnova.
What do you think?!

Trying to throw some gpu power at my wallet, the miner is giving me this..

[23:12:51] Probing for an alive pool
[23:12:51] No address specified, unable to mine solo on http://[my local ip]

Won't even attempt mining. This a side effect of whats currently happening or can someone help me with miner settings?

Tried logging into the ip for mining, and put in my username and password.. i got this:

{"result":null,"error":{"code":-32700,"message":"Parse error"},"id":null}

For ccminer 2.0
Try this as start.bat:

:loop
ccminer-x64.exe -a hmq1725 -o 127.0.0.1:22442 -u *ur_username -p *ur_password -i 20
goto loop

This for the Espers.conf

EDIT:

The loop command is to get the miner to auto restart in case of a crash, Also it could be the intensity is not ideal for the cards u use, this is what works best for me on 2 GTX 1070's.

>>>New Espers Client - Version 0.8.6.1 Patch-0<<<
April 6th, 2017 (above is the windows client, Mac coming soon, we have the v0.8.6.0 built but with the fix now completed for the sync issue from block 0, rather would release the 100% working client)

>>>Source<<<

Has now been released!

v0.8.6.1 is NOT a mandatory update
however, it is RECOMMENDED as it fixes the ridiculous sync issue that users experienced when attempting to sync v0.8.6.0 from block 0

Thanks for bearing with us, we're moving on to other aspects of Espers development now, the soft fork is coming soon, expect the chain to be back at 100% soon Smiley, for those of you who hung in there, firstly thank you! Secondly get ready for wayyy more updates entailing the features you've all been waiting for Cheesy

(PS: The softfork is on block 667k)

Dude, come up with a new Mac OS version already, please!

It's on it's way....the last 2 versions had issues with mac and some parameters were not being set within the client.  That seems to be fixed now.  Crypotocoderz will release the MacOS version soon, but I believe he is going to push a fix to the syncing past block 5 on a fresh install problem first.  Once that is released, a new MacOS client will be built and released alongside or shortly after the Windows one.

Indeed thank you CtGiant, always there for the community Smiley
