Looks good, it will be interesting to see what Mr Trout and friends bring to the table. Welcome aboard. However, who's idea it was for the ethereum platform is a subject for another time, there is a war to fight. Maybe Mr Trout has many other ideas just as good as ethereum platform?

But first we must get our house in order,.. Quality investors do “due diligence” before investing and one of the first things they look at is the social contract. We all need to know where we stand with each other. That way no-ones ideas get stolen. We all have something to invest, time and knowledge is just as important as funds.

Why was Alisie removed as a founder in 2014? You know why. In 2012 I shared ALL of Foundups with Alisie in confidence who then obviously just stole it you 2 used my ideas to build Ethereum on blockchain (which was brilliant btw). Vitalik was placed on its head because of obvious reasons.

We do need a transparent community, not a slack channel with trolls.

IMO talk is cheap, what really matters is actions = development, financial support and acceptance.

Read back a few pages and you will see how many of thoes things are already in place
