Apparently the DAO funds went to a few exchanges like Kraken, Polo, Bittrex and are getting dumped.

Bittrex had a huge dump already a few minutes ago.

Repaly attack?  Have kraken and poloniex made a statment?

However, what's up with legally dissolving Ethereum Switzerland?  We still don't know the answer to that one.

There are many to choose from,  some pools are having problems, it would help if they kept us informed.

currently what is the best and more reliable pool? i heard bad story about some of them not paying corretly, paying 50% or so

It will but not this week. ETC will need to consolidate first right now. Stability is more important for now than volatility and profit taking. What good will volatility bring the platform right now? Only day traders and gamblers will love it. The community as a whole will need to do the hard work to make this platform grow and improve further. Sorry to rain on your parade but you also know this to be true.

This release contains a version of geth 1.4.10 specifically developed to work on the Ethereum Classic network. Without any flags, choices or additional setup you can use the Ethereum Classic network, with every feature working with ETC data.

ETC Mist Wallet currently has working conversions and easy access to Shapeshift.io's Shifty API. Revenue is generated through use of the Shifty API, revenue from this feature are currently collected by @whatisgravity. Any revenue fees will be handed over to the community development initiative.

This is a test pre-release, the OSX application is not signed because our organization does not yet have a key and the windows builds are not thoroughly tested. If the release is successful, signed Mist Browser builds will be released alongside a Mist Wallet release with enhanced security.

Please report any issues, and provide detailed information to make it easier for us to reproduce and resolve any issues quickly. Improved build scripts and in depth Linux build instructions are in the process of being edited for release.

Good new about the dao funds but even better news of the dapps for ETC

Then there is no hope for them. If even acting out of self interest will not persuade them to do the right thing then they deserve to lose everything they have ever worked hard for. It will be stupid of them to make such a move.

What is funny is they can only try to destroy ETC. Trying and doing are two different things. I hope they calculate their next move really well. Their recent ones are not something to be proud of.

Your giving the 20 something year Olds that violated rule #1 far to much credit dude, that is exactly their mentality. They have already showed everyone that. Problem is they already lost they just don't know it yet.

I beg to differ in your opinion that Vitalik and the foundation "must destroy ETC". In fact they should be splitting their ETH to the equivalent amount of ETC right now. Once the two chains diverge it will be in their self interest for the original chain to be successful because they simply are ETC holders. If they attempt to destroy ETC the question is "what for"? It will be such a waste of time and resources. 

Nick Szabo implying to support ETC is a boost to the legitimacy of the platform. Bravo!

This is a nice interview. Thanks for posting. So now ETC will have a road map, governance, a development team and some funding in a few weeks. It is good to see that someone like Charles Hoskinson is willing to get out of his way and help assist ETC even if his interest in it is academic in nature.
