Hi undertaking a project like this is a project in itself so there  would be no reason when other people are doing it. With some of the APPs we have seen you get token rewards for using them so it reduces the transaction fees to almost zero so is a great concept. So for now we will look get integrated into an existing application and concentrate on developing Ethbits iTrade.


Yes we start on the 15th April so that's when we start not finish. We are updating the links where we can to avoid confusion.

We are not counting on mycelium but if they are ready later this year we will make sure we are one of the 1st tokens. Incase this doesn't happen we are already approaching companies to explore the possibility of Ethbit tokens integrated in an app which uses NFC payments. If this is successful it will be approximately the same time away as we stated for Mycelium. With Trezors myetherwallet integration we now know users can safely store Ethbit Tokens so the priority is to be able to spend them.

I think it will be good to state the terms of partnership with Mycelium team, after last year ICO there has not been any major product from the team. I think it will be something like a fiat gate way for investors into crypto

Can you elaborate a bit more on your link with Mycelium? Are you working together with Mycelium and are you developing something special for this project? Or are you only referring to their product? i have heard previous announcements of working together with Mycelium that did not work out in the end....

The team has something special with this ICO profit sharing from a nice product. Watching this thread and I will support this ICO.

I just joined the twitter campaign and will be watching this ICO with great interest as I always like to look for innovative and new tokens and coins to invest in. I will read all the inf as well tonight when I am more relaxed from all my online duties. 

I think it's because of the past ico launched by newbie members without escrow and n o reputable companies behind,but there's a lot of good ico that has been trolled by these people some of these are bitconnectcoin,lasvegas room and of course eth,there will always be troll waiting fopr the dev to make a mistake.

So now, all has been answered, we can see how trusted yhey are. lets support the project the way we can and see its future success.

WHAT IS ETHBIT TOKEN?


The ETHBIT token is a type of currency used to pay fees on the ETHBITS Local platform (for example to buy/sell Bitcoin, Ether and other cryptocurrencies).  ETHBIT tokens can also be used to distribute dividends to investors.  If you hold ETHBITS tokens, you hold a portion of our platform, and by holding a portion of our platform you are entitled to your share of a distribution of 40% of the platform’s profit.  The dividends will be paid on a quarterly basis .
A total of 4 mill tokens will be sold and a maximum of 5 mill tokens will ever be in existence. The final number of Ethbits created will be determined by how many tokens are sold in the Token Crowdsale:

•   4 Mill tokens will be sold during the Crowdsale and all unsold will be burned .
•   10% of tokens sold will be used to drive the platform Ethbits iTrade
•   4% of the tokens will go to the core team and the remaining 6% will be used for Marketing and PR .

Amount raised VS Profit Share
If less than 1 million usd if raised then the proportion raised will determine the % profit share. So the amount raised from 0 – 1 Mill usd will determine the % profit share from 0 – 40%. Everything over 1 Mill means the standard 40%.

I think it is because of Troll and FUD, some people are just against anything ICO,
