Yelp, people behind ETC (amateurs) broke the 1st rule of crypto-currencies: 0% litigation risks.

Every business litigation I've ever heard about, has too so material benefit and material harm to original business versus the clone-business.

This is an open and shut case: when it comes to ETC!

many ETh holders watch and want to see how they will clear themselfs from lets say the ones with a broken moral compass.


and those eth holders do hold etc too. and are glad to have them
i spoke to some  i know and they are pissed off about the foundation and that vb isnt speaking or clearing things.
etc is also his child . for them its like one baby has to die to keep the other alive . for them if one has to go it is eth fork . but would perfer both to grow. know why ? its a lifetime oportunity to see what happens if A is done what happens if B is done. some in this thread seem to not understand open sorce. you dont own ideas . no more copyright. if you are good you succed if not someone else who is good will take the idea and make it a succes . thats open sorce. every one can play around with it.

Dude it's a baby and didn't round up millions of dollars a year ahead of time and hype it up. It's doing pretty well under the circumstances

Most crypto coins go out of their way to ensure they are no litigation risks - usually by getting rid of litigation opportunities.

ETC is 1st crypto-currency to maximise litigation risks

Yelp, ETC is doing a ground breaking divergence from all established business practices, with regards to minimising litigation risks

Thats probably why they are mostly here, as the ETC thread is the most mutable thread on BCT.

The worst thing happening to ETC is the kidtalk done by @bitpop, @tylerderden and co.

I do not see any vote for the ETC. The price of the ETH is much higher than the ETC and the hashing rate is also higher.

Seems to me like the entire crypto community has voted in their own ways that they aren't going to tolerate eth and their lack of morals and respect for crypto in general. This is an actual vote, determined by actions, not some 20 year old kid hearing signals that his way wins everytime.or was it Robyn. This project is not that good.

Its clear that the vast majority of Ethereum community want to be involved in ETH and the voting process was a clear indication of this.
In any other voting system the losing minority usually have to join the majority, however this being crypto things are not the same and the minority can try and fight and try to convince the majority that they were right after the voting has ending.

When voting for HF , the result was roughly 80% pro fork vs 20% for no fork
Now after almost a month and the dust has settled a bit, the hashrates are split roughly 80% vs 20%
The price also reflects this again with etc costing around 20% of ETH

What we have now is the minors trying to become the majority but the numbers show that they failed to convince everyone that their vision of Ethereum is better than the vision of the real Ethereum ETH devs.


etc will split into two or maybe three...POW version for miners, POS version for Ethereum emoootabilty fans and POW/POS hybrid to try and keep everyone happy, but now the cats out of the bag...so whenever etc makes a move that the others disagree with the old chain will continue ( mostly by people that like to cause disruption...like the etc guys just now ) and people will expect free money (double coins)
new devs you get new roadmaps.
exchanges could soon be forced to change etc name away from Ethereum too.
