Hi devs, I have some stupid question - can I withdrawal money from the exchange?
Not right now, as the only balance available is for XNT which is not a contract yet (it will be released after the ITO ends). Obviously when the exchange is fully launched withdrawals will be available.
Hey guys, isn't your team too small for such big project? And how do you keep bot up to date?
One of the main reasons to launch the ICO is to be able to expand our team as much as possible, including 24/7 support in multiple languages. Obviously as a self-funded startup our team is fairly small, but we hope to change that. Seeing the struggles of other exchanges with being undermanned, we know very well that this is a crucial aspect of our future success.
The bot is updated seamlessly, especially considering that it is simply an interface for our exchange core.

No, we will only accept ETH and BTC (starting from the 21th), as well as their direct forks a bit later (ETC and BCH).

Hello developers, why did you exclude some countries? I think it's a bit unfair.
Unfortunately the laws of some countries are quite stringent on investing in ITO/ICOs. If you are in one of those countries, we take no responsibility if you participate in the campaign. The exchange itself will be open globally, however.

Then simply go to the section Exenium ICO, choose ETH and you will see a deposit address to which you then need to send Ethereum. After 15 confirmations, the tokens will be credited on your exchange wallet.

Where are ICO taking place? Can I even trust your exchange?

As for trust, while obviously we need to build a track record first, all of our team members are known and real people, and our security model uses the standard hot and cold wallet approach. Moreover, the implementation within a bot provides us with two separate layers of security. Basically, in order to hack us, an attacker would need to first break Telegram (or any other future messenger implementation), and then try to break our servers.
Will any dips of cryptocurrenices affect on your tokens? Or it has fixed amount?
To expand on our previous answer, our token price is defined with respect to Ethereum, so any dips in ETH price will result in dips of XNT fiat value. After the ICO, the exchange rate will be determined by the market, so while in the long run, we expect for XNT to have higher and higher demand (and price), there may be short-term dips due to the overall market situation.
