The last 150 to 200 BTC will be likely cancelled, exact total tally is still under scrutiny with DGEX until Monday.
We can already see no other cases approaching near the 10% are apparent, closer inspection will confirm this but probably there'll be no need to lower the % for other than the final 200 BTC donator who is suspected of trying to use several accounts (and if that is the case he will not be granted more than the second highest donator of some 30 BTC).

We really want to know the total amount of BTC received in IPO minus suspicious amounts received through dgex. We need an official announcement and full audit-able list in order to be open and transparent.

Yeah:
The donation period has closed with more than 700 BTC donated. There is some controversy regarding the last 200 BTC coming in the last moments on DGEX and this will have to be cleared in the following days whether all of it is accepted or not.
And last 200BTC were suspicious so they were deducted:
UPDATE June 28th 2014 - Stakeholder donation period has ended -total of over 500 BTC was donated and will be announced after verification!

It's a good idea to decrease 10% limit. It was too easy to make double payment (through dgex and blockchain) and by that to receive ~20% of coins. And if sockpuppets were used, it is possible that one person have even more than 20% of IPO.
this. Reduce it at least to 5% limit.
But so far: Congrats, 500 btc is a lot money for development, promoting and other stuff. Fimk can be huge with that amazing fundraising.

In order to clear this you would need to do forensic accounting analysis of DGEX holdings... how likely is that to happen??? NOT

Not only the last 200BTC.
So you are assuming more similiar suspicious activity ? How you end up in that assumption, any prove?
