BFL said they shipped one. Gigavps ordered 7.5TH/s of mini-rigs and got 1.5TH/s so far. Nobody else that I know of has said their mini-rig has arrived.

I still believe that they did not ask all the chips required to deliver all your orders.
I guess for orders needed in 70000-100000 chips. But if you buy 200,000 unit price is lower. the second 100000 pay the entire order.
