No I'm looking to accumulate with the low price, but etherdelta is so annoying
You can also try Forkdelta and Yobit. WTT tokens have started trading there a couple of months ago. Forkdelta is similar to Etherdelta - they are competitors, and Forkdelta is the similar type of exchange - you need to connect MEW to it.
Yobit is a usual exchange, but about a month ago, as i remember, volume was very low, but maybe situation has changed now.
I can´t find WTT on Yobit.
Don´t want to exchange on ether/fork-delta because it is to complicated.

Hint: I decided to send a few miners abroad, and they did this free of charge, somewhere in November. I decided than not to wait, and to deploy at least a few miners sooner. But that turned out to be a very bad decision. The new hosting company offers bad service, most of my miners are off-line for 1 month now, and they tell they have no stuff, and offer to send them back 
. unfortunately I don't have possibility to host them at home, and have no time to look after them.
You may understand now why I prefer to stick to GW - because other providers might be even worse!

6 years experience with Toomim Bros, zero problems.
Excellent uptime from day one and great communication.
But they are full, have to wait for their new 8 MW datacenter.
Giga-watt is just fooling their customers.
This is why they had to settle the lawsuit(s).
No, I just try to be fair. My miners were also delays by a few monthes, but I see obstacles they faced. Hijack is not a right word, because they will send your hardware where you want - are you aware of this?

Not great news, but as i see from the article the investor wants a refund for construction delays. Giga Watt wrote in whitepaper that they beared no responsibility for delays caused by third parties - like authorities, UL firm etc.Quote

I personally don't have a need for it. There is a good chance to buy the tokens for low price now. Are you hoping to sell your tokens for a higher price? No I'm looking to accumulate with the low price, but etherdelta is so annoying

Update for everyone still frustrated and waiting like myself: My batch 4 WTT tokens were finally released and my July-ordered PandaMiners are now up and running in my dashboard. Hang in there, deployments will happen eventually.
Update 3/21: Pangborn – Giga-Watt’s deployment team has been very busy supplying another pod with miners readying them for deployment at Pangborn. Our team is moving right behind our contractors and getting each pod equipped with racks, PDU’s and network gear to prepare for the numerous incoming miners. Our construction crews and electricians have been working tirelessly to stay ahead of our deployment teams. They have got five future pods excavated, footings laid and are ready for the pad’s to be poured. We have four more pods that are being framed and will soon be ready for fans, racks and gear. Poles and holes are being dug to pave the way for the future of the site. As always, we have been working close with all partners, contractors and the Douglas County PUD to make sure all safety measures, construction and development continue to go as planned. 2 pods have been loaded completely with gear and a 3rd has just finished with PDU's and will be ready for miners and psu's this week. We are moving the poles into position today and on Tuesday next week the PUD will bring there crane in to place the poles into place.

Anyone can gain access to the mining industry, or should it be a certain company with many documents? I'm interested in your platform I want to understand?
Pls specify what do you need exctly. You can buy a miner and become a part of the mining industry, or you can become a client of a cloud mining, or a client of a hosting company for your miners lilke Giga Watt, who will take care of your miners.
