Would probably have to lose $10,000 for an attorney to pick up the case. But would love to put this guy in a financial hole. Get all his assets and then file criminal charges to get restitution.

Damn homie, I hope you can afford to lose it. If you can't afford to lose better invest in a coin with strong and reliable fundamentals (much less risky). Some whales keep buying this thing so perhaps you'll get your money back/or even make a profit, it's a crazy business man, in crypto anything can happen...
