GoNetwork is creating a highly scalable, low cost mobile first network infrastructure for Ethereum, so what type of services will Gonetwork able to offer for ethereum mobile network?

They are the Winners of ETHWaterloo - World's Largest ETH Hackathon, lots of hype, but seems that they have lots of talents on the team

this situation is really weird. i don't know what is happening to the project. i wanted to participate in ico. but now i really doubt that.

They became popular because they won the competition in a growing market, now few people remember about this victory and the market has strongly gone down. It did not happen so that if they go out for sale they will not be able to collect even minimal amounts. Any rocket that is long worth can rust at the end.

I thought the GoNetwork is backed by a horde of professionals to get their project going as they had so much publicity when they started?

They really do not understand what to do and it is clear that behind the project are good programmers but apparently just zero managers and PR people. Many investors who wanted to enter at the beginning now already think and why do we need this if the team itself is not in a hurry at all?

The dutch auction earlier announced by the team in their Telegram Channel is also subject to change. And all that won't happen should the team don't make the much needed arrangements to get the project on the road. Currently it'd at a stand still. The story has been the same since December 2017.

The team had gone through a lot of research and thoughts before deciding to go with a dutch auction. The decision was made for the benefit and fairness of the broader community.  1. We want to avoid creating a gas war like many other projects. We believe it’s ridiculous for our supportesrs to pay $800USD in gas for an allocation of 1-2ETH or even less. While it’s not a big number for someone who comes in with 100ETH, but it does become a nightmare for those who are planning to contribute 1ETH or less, and we don’t think it’s fair.  With Dutch Auction's model, the cap on the first couple of days is set in a way so it couldn't be reached at all. This will make it possible for our early believers to support with whichever the purchase amount they like; and at the same time, be able to get in with a plenty of time. We hate to have our supporters stay up late at night, or have interference with their work and study because they are trying to squeeze into our tokensale, which would only last for a matter of minutes or a few hours. Our goal is to create a better and happier community, by achieving our vision of bringing cryptocurrency to the masses. Not introduction of misery at the very start of the project with tokensales. Furthermore, with Dutch Auction model, every buyer will be paying the same price per token at the end. If the last buyer in the auction was lucky enough to purchase GoToken at the cheapest price, then every single buyer will end up paying that lowest possible price. 

Therefore, the implement of the dutch auction will guarantee that we don’t miss any of the supporters from the community. At the same time, dutch auction made it possible for every buyer to pay the same price per token. Raiden Network is just another successful example of a dutch auction. It helped to empower their community, and Google back then also did dutch auction.

The hard cap of the tokensale decreases with time. This allows you to make the token purchase when hardcap drops to the level that you are comfortable with. By the time we reach the hard cap, the auction will end. Some of you have concerns that the dutch auction will start at a higher price, and end at a lower price. You should not be worried. At the end of the auction, every buyer will be adjusted to pay for the same, lowest price that a GoToken was sold for. Therefore, no matter you came in early or late, you will all end up paying for the same price per token.

You must have been living under a rock (no offense). The GoNetwork project still lacks a lot of details. Only few information has been released to the community thus far. The hype has even died down a great deal. Also, there's no details about the token metrics, even the initially announced 100M total GoTokens supply isn't final and is subject to change. The team needs to come forward and tell us whether or not they will continue with their project. All these silence is just BS.
