I installed
C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk1.8.0_131
and set
"Java_Home" to this folder.
When i type "Java" in console windows detects it. Whats wrong?

I was having similar issues. What solved it for me was uninstalling and reinstalling the Java Dev Kit and then manually adding it to my windows path. You also need to quit the heat wallet and restart it or it won't work.
Deinstalled everything - reinstalled and followed this guide: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1672281/environment-variables-for-java-installation
---> reinstalled Heatwallet
-> restarted Heatwallet with admin rights
-> still same problem

Try to type "Java" in Console (CMD), if windows detects it it should work. Otherwise you have to install JDK (not JRE!) and set the PATH Variables.

its a common failure. there is an easy solution for it standing here somewhere. by some reason you are not running the server or heatwallet is not having the rights from the os to gain information about the server.
hmmm i tried it with admin rights on windows 10 , but its the same error.
Does somebody of the Developer or Heat Team know how to solve that? Im using Windows 10 64-Bit. I really want to set up that node!

Think I got it. After starting the server (APP Server-Tab) I had to wait until all blocks are loaded. Although it looked as if server startup finished successful it still took some time.
After that I was able to click "Start Mining" (before nothing happend by clicking on it) and now I got messages in the server log like "Forger [ID] started...."
I think this looks correct so far

During the past ~2 days with staff out of office heatwallet.com experienced some java certificate issues, making the site to not show HEAT blockchain content as designed. In such circumstances when the web site is unavailable or not serving data, the peer network and blockchain are operating fine. It'd be advised to run your own server to access the HEAT services during those times.
The HEAT faucet for new BTC depositors also went a bit wild and was shortly cut off. Services have now been restored and BTC redemptions are up to date.
