No you dont need a hallmark but I think it was said that it will increase your lottery reward (not forging). Currently there is 57 nodes in the lottery with a winner being drawn every hour, so 3 days without reward is only slightly below average. The rewards does not show up as transactions in your wallet but you can check your address here https://heatbrowser.com/report.html or just check your balance
I really wish rewards showed up somewhere in the wallet. It's a very helpful feature of most PoS wallets to know if it's working.
In the meantime, the last 20 POS/POP rewards and node lottery wins for any account can be displayed here: http://heatnodes.org (just fill in your account id in the field, bottom of the screen, then click on "Show"). If your account is among the lottery winners the last 24 hours, you can also click on your account id in the list. Below is an example of the information displayed.

Is BTC disbursement not working? Just wondering because I have gone through disbursement process before and all went well. Prior to HEAT ICO I've talked to Bittrex personally about listing HEAT, filled all their required questionnaires and specifically asked if anything else in addition to that and paying the 3 BTC fee is needed.
