Blockchain is really getting bigger. It's very interesting to apply blockchain to agriculture. For farmers, at least, it is a good way to improve their lives.I believe that the development of this project will promote the social economy. It would be great to explain how HARA USES blockchain technology.I will keep an eye on the project Wink Wink Wink

Hey there, thanks for taking an interest in our project. HARA aims to help people, especially those who are at the bottom of the wealth pyramid, to make better economic decisions and improve their livelihood. HARA Data Exchange Platform securely connects and governs data providers and buyers in its ecosystem with a market-driven revenue distribution model and proprietary rating system.
The platform will be automated by the smart contracts on HARA’s blockchain and different methods of data submissions include the HARA suite of mobile apps, Internet of Things (IoT) devices, satellites data, imagery and more.

Blockchain technology has introduced a paradigm shift that will change the human experience. Through blockchain, HARA is pioneering solutions for agricultural issues that will empower billions with greater trust and transparency.

To know more about HARA, visit our website or read our whitepaper. Also, join us in our Telegram Community so you will get updates about us. Thanks! Smiley

Did you know that HARA Token holders can serve as a data qualifier?

In the HARA Ecosystem, a data qualifier can be anyone who holds HARA Token and interacts with the data provider community, or transacts with the data providers in the supply chain. Basically, anyone that is able to vouch for a data provider can serve as a data qualifier.

For example, a neighbor or local merchant can attest to the quantity and quality of the produce grown by a farmer, and qualify the data that farmer has entered into the data exchange. Data qualifiers are incentivized with HARA Token to do their part consistently.

To learn more about the role of a data qualifier, you can check this article. Thanks Smiley

Is there a way for a data provider to know if their data is being accessed? Thanks

Thanks for asking! Yeah, of course. Data providers are notified whenever data buyers want to access their data. This is realized through a document provider smart contract that grants access permission to any stored data. When data buyers want to access data, the system notifies the owner of the data or data provider via blockchain. The blockchain verifies data availability using the proof of existence
smart contract.  Smiley

Read our whitepaper to learn more about the smart contracts that we provide in our data exchange platform. Also, join us in our Telegram to get more updates.

Thanks for replying. I think it will be a successful project! Good luck with HARA team.

HARA is pleased to announce a partnership with HEXA Agro, a wholesaler of agricultural products. It functions as the off-taker in a closed loop farming ecosystem that they themselves established in the Tojo Una-Una Regency, Central Sulawesi. The ecosystem ensures a fair price for the farmers’ yield while helping them get access to the microcredit Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) to support their business.

In order for banks to extend the KUR microcredit, data is required about both the farmers and their farms. In the collaboration between HARA and HEXA Agro, HARA got farmers and field data to help Bank BNI, which is also part of the HEXA ecosystem, to disburse the KUR microcredit to local farmers.

HARA is looking forward to continuing the cooperation with HEXA Agro. Together, we will be able to create a real positive impact on thousands of smallholder farmers in a remote area of Indonesia.

Hello! This project is interesting. Can you explain to me how HARA use blockchain tech? Thanks

The HARA Data Exchange Platform is a decentralized, secure and transparent platform that is built on top of an Ethereum-enabled blockchain. HARA securely connects and governs data providers and buyers in its ecosystem with a market-driven revenue distribution model and proprietary rating system. It also uses Ethereum to create smart contracts, trace and validate transactions and ownership rights, perform transactions through HARA tokens, and enable tokens
to be traded on third-party token exchanges.

To learn more about this, you can read our whitepaper and this article.
Also, follow us on our Telegram to get more updates. Thanks Smiley

Oh, I see. This is very interesting. It is my first time to encounter a project that focuses on Agriculture. I can see a lot of potential for this project. When is the ICO? Thanks

Thanks for showing interest in our project. We really do appreciate people like you. To answer your question, HARA has no ICO yet. We will announce it here if we will have so make sure to stay tuned with HARA. Smiley
You can also join us in our Telegram Community to get more updates.

Alright, then. Thanks. I'll follow your project

Hello, how can a farmer apply for a loan?

Hello, one of the benefits a smallholder farmer can gain access to using HARA Data Exchange Platform is the application for loans. The farmer simply needs to have submitted enough data and upload a certified land title document along with associated data to receive loans and other financial services. To give you an example, our partnership with BNI has already had results that exceeded our initial expectations. There, we enabled over 150 farmers from two villages to apply for microcredit in a very short time. That is something we can build on to further develop the project.

Follow us in our Telegram Community to get involved with HARA! Thanks Smiley

I just happen to see your project, I got curious about the exchange of data. How does it work?

Hello, HARA Data Exchange creates a virtuous cycle with the interplay between all the different stakeholders. Data providers such as smallholder farmers, field agents, big data companies or satellites input their data and get rewarded with loyalty points. Data buyers such as banks, insurance companies, government institutions, and private enterprises provide the incentives by buying the data. Value-added services are incentivized to enrich the data, and data qualifiers are incentivized to improve the quality of the data for doing simple tasks like verifying the quality of data. To ensure the health of the ecosystem, HARA makes use of a staking mechanism that helps differentiate between active and dormant accounts.
