Escrow holds the fund to prevent the devs from stealing it. It's common practice.
They have 2 of 3 needed keys to make any outgoing transactions from ETH fund.
I'm intensively spamming their Skype and I'm sure they will online soon.

So the refund details you just outlined "ONLY APPLY TO BITCOINS". Now how about those that invested with ETH?? Also, where is the follow up email that Inchain indicated would be sent to investors outlining the refund procedures??? I don't want to, nor should I have to scroll through this forum to try and figure out the refund procedures. It's been 24 hours since the end of the ICO and nothing but silence from Inchain. Inchain/Sergey obviously knew the ICO funding goal wasn't going to be reached, so all the refund procedures should have been predetermibed and disseminated to investors 23 hours ago. I can already see exactly where this 'shell game' is headed. No wonder the ICO failed....

Regarding the questions... when someone sent from an exchange then most probably he can't sign a message from the sending address. The reason ist that the private key is owned by the exchange and not by the investor.
Though for that reason option 2 existed. When someone did not follow option 2 also then he would need to send me a pm anyway.

Ill be happy to wait a few weeks to get my refund because i sent from exchange, also i have the details of that specific transaction, and details of my ICO details, so i really dont see any problems, im sure once i relay my details segey can verify its not rocket science
Exchange? I feel doubt about that. In my mind, the address in exchange was becoming randomly and are you send for directly to the escrow address? Hello everyone, Sergey told me that there is some kind of confusion about how the refund of Bitcoins will happen. This only applies to BITCOIN REFUNDS.
Everyone who wanted to invest was asked to read my escrow rules before investing. Those rules contained the parts about refunds. Which means refunds have to be proven. We escrows can't possibly trust on data we receive from the devs of inchain. So I sent it from Kraken (I wasnt aware of problems with sending it from there). I really do not have a clue what to do. I do not know how can I sign a message to prove my ownership. Can anyone help, gives some guidelines

Is there a clearly defined time frame of the return. Specify dates if they exist. I can not access the data confirming proof about my investments in the near future.
I already asked Sebastian to explain as much info as possible.
