24 days was extreme you should have gotten in touch with the DIMCOIN team after the 10days wait period just like others do Wink

I just visited the site and that is what I am looking at that makes your post comes ahead of me. Although, I had earlier used internet explorer which was not going through until I used Google chrome. Just try again and it will go through.

Well in the case, you can have a peace of mind as those people in the first 2 waves all have receive their payout already. It does delay for quite a while but eventually the distribution will be made. I am more excited to see how dimcoin can move from here onwards instead of just the ico phrase.

You have to be patient. They pay out by waves so you may have to wait until their payout date. And even their payout date is done manually, so that also means that they will take days to send out payment one by one. So you may even need to wait for another 2 days or so to receive if you happen to be the last few in the wave. However, the exchange is still not up yet so there is no need to rush for the coin.

I had invested in ICO on 14-July, still havent received my tokens/coins in NEM Wallet. I had messaged you so many time by providing my email and NEM address but everytime I get reply : We are looking into it and get back to you. We are trying to sort the payment issue etc.
I know you might be busy with so many activities and events but timely payments is something very important. Randomness in payment creates confusion for future investors and disappoints current investors.
Hope you will take the issue of delayed payment seriously and resolve it on priority.

I would like to update on Dimcoin/Dim token payment status. I have received my Dimcoin and Dim Token payments on Saturday, the balance is visible in NEM wallet.
Thank you very much Dimcoin team for looking into the issue and resolving it. Hopefully everyone else's issue will be resolved soon enough.
