Don't ask others whether is good time to invest or not in anything because it your money you decide. It was good deal for some people to buy even at 22 satoshi while for others that was profit taking floor. First rule never ask anyone, do own research if you are satisfied with price buy and then sit back with patience to not get rekt.

Basically HOT token will not run on the Holochain network, it's ERC20. For now, they will have a 1 to 1 swap when you go from an exchange or wallet to the network or from the network to an exchange. Thus you can still have liquidity.
But yeah, there are still some hanging questions there.

Almost all markets are green once again and so does Hot with little gain in spite of yesterday's evening little drop in Bitcoin's price. This thing indicates clearly that market is looking more positive not saying bullish but bearish it isn't anymore. Investors are willing to catch these small dips in market which take place time to time. Hot on the other hand looks good in try to establish more higher lows.
Your analysis is off a bit.... this situation the ALTs began rising BEFORE BTC dipped. Not a situation where BTC is going down prior to ALTs going up. Which is when ALTs would normally fall with it. So we're in a good situation right now to make our gains. BTC is still bearish.

HOT which is ERC 20 token this also will be in co-existence with HOLO Fuel as reserve currency. There is detailed update on this which explains that there need a bridge between HOT and HOLO for easy cash in or out so they both will be available on 1:1 ratio for swap. Let's see how this plan works which is similar to another existed project.

At the moment it is ERC20 token so there is no option for mining this token. You can buy this easily from listed exchange there is good support for this project.

For the moment this market is good for trading buy low sell high is working strategy for many people. That is what I was exploring to make money using this and daily volume in millions makes it perfect for this kind of activity. I will be using separate funds for trading purposes and see how is goes for me as couple of my friends have done this already in previous moves.

The lower the price are of something backed by huge development and real use cases the higher the upside potential that contains. This example fits very well for HOT token because team without caring of its price have focused on real things. These are small rallies but real is yet to come in future on that I do absolute agree with everyone here.
I think their main product will be holo fuel and I have heard that they will announce the swap of HOT token with HOLO fuel. If this happen anytime this year, it will really increase the price of the token.
Also the supply of holo fuel will be less which will make it an expensive coin.
