Friends, it’s the first time when I take part in the ICO! Tell me please, for what reasons can the KYC procedure be rejected?
Usually it's rejected because of poor quality of the photos taken (poor lighting, shaky image, etc.). You can proceed with KYC at any moment during the Crowdsale. Also please try and use different browsers for passing the KYC, sometimes it helps too.

How much does one token cost at the moment?
Taking into account the bonus, the cost of one token is 0,0008 Eth at the moment. It will be increased on March, 31.

Is it possible to sign up for the ICO using the account of any social network? Facebook, for example?

Each investor will have his own account after the ICO is over, right? How will you ensure security of users?

How much does one token cost at the moment?
Right now, with 20% off discount 1 MIO = 0.0008 ETH. You can always find the current discount and the price of 1 MIO token on MinerOne.io. Note, that it is the only legitimate place to acquire MIO tokens at.

Person A (6 weeks ago) Investment 1450EUR at 0.52EUR/MIO =  2788 MIO
Person B (now) Investment 1450EUR at 0.29EUR/MIO =  5000 MIO

Total MIO 7788
Person A will get 36% of net output
Person B will get 64% of net output

Do you realy think it is ok to treat your early investor like this?

Are you going to fix this problem or avoid it?

edit:
Pretending the problem does not exist and banning people is not the solution

Actually, you did.

Miner One is not a cloud mining project. You do not buy hashing power with MIO tokens. Every MIO token represents a share in Miner One's monthly net output.

Lets see:

Person A (6 weeks ago) Investment 1450EUR at 0.52EUR/MIO =  2788 MIO
Person B (now) Investment 1450EUR at 0.29EUR/MIO =  5000 MIO

SCAM

BIIIITTTCCCOOOONEEECTTT!

Do you realy think this is OK?

Hello. As we have stated from the start - MIO token is priced in ETH, therefore we assign your MIO Tokens to you based on prevailing exchange rates between the currency you use and the current price of 1 MIO in ETH. It is impossible to predict future prices and exchange rates of cryptocurrencies.

We do not ban anyone complaining/forwarding their concerns to us as long as they're keeping the conversation civil and respectful. We did ask you to stop your insults several times and warned you of a ban. You kept on insulting a community member and the team, which eventually resulted in a ban.
I never insulted anyone. Just complained about scamming people

S9 asic is at 1450$ right now.
Someone who will send you 1450$ in FIAT today should get more or less 14 TH.
But someone that invested 6 weeks ago same amount of $ FIAT will get only 8TH because they got less tokens.

Same investment, less coins = scam.

Be careful investing in minerone.
They screwed early investors by setting coin price in ETH.

A lot of people got in at 0.52EUR/MIO
and today the price is 0.29EUR/MIO

They banned everyone that complained in Telegram Chat.
Every message of people complaining about this was deleted.

Their admin team is very unprofessional. I do not recommend investing.

IceRockMining and Ambit mining tied their coin to EUR making it safer investment.

The ICO is already close to its end but I still cant find any info on how my personal data that I’ll send to the system when undergoing KYC will be stored. I don’t like such attitude at all.

You should get acquainted with the info provided in the description of the project more carefully. No one will be able to access yr data.
Finally a clear answer after several days have passed. What about the protection of the email address? I don’t want to receive spam.

It’s clearly specified in the WP: the email addresses wont be stored in public servers; instead, only a hash of each email will be stored in those servers.
It seems that the protection system is good, but what if someone hacks my account? He will be able to access my personal data, right?
No, it’s thought out, too. It’s described wisely, but if I understand it correctly, there wont be any access to the data even in case the account is hacked. It seems that it’ll be possible to get the data only if the MinerOne team asks to send them again.

This wording isnt clear. Maybe it’s written more precisely anywhere?

To repeat, we are not handling KYC data and will not store it. Your email address will not be forwarded to anyone else and you can remove yourself from our subscription list at any time.

i didn't care my current email because it just for pass  crypto KYC ,and never using it in my life. but i care my real one email.

Please refer to FinPass policies: http://www.finpass.eu/en/about-company. They are handling the data. Miner One does not request it, nor does it process KYC. Any data we receive from people asking for assistance is deleted. We will not store it.
