The total number of tokens reduced is excellent news for pre-sale participants.

seems good especially for early participants like me who bought a bit of OAKs  on a Pre ICO Roll Eyes
Yes, it does condemn the project to success. What other changes have taken place? has the price of the token remained unchanged ? so $ 1.4?

Maybe I'm reading it wrong, so please, if someone can explain the following to me.

1. Will the hard cap on the sale be 32million OAK? Based on my (terrible?) maths, theres 7 Million unaccounted when I add up the Main Ico+Non Public      allocation+pre-sale.

Yeah, I never got the answer to my question. In any case, I am happy with all the changes that have taken place. I'm just really looking forward to the moment when the Acorn burst into the cryptocurrency market.

In OP - https://drive.google.com/open?id=1eaCaRfs9qIAUY2-DBSA1NLcFrwfzvvDV  the hard cap is indicated in the amount of 26KK. But You are right, there is something wrong with arithmetic. 60% of 65 million is 39 million tokens. And 7KK of them were implemented on pre-ICO. That is, there should be 32 million.

2.What is the purpose of the company token reserve as this was not part of the token allocation in original whitepaper.

Apparently this Liquidity Reserve and Project Incentive Fund:

Liquidity Reserve
Our liquidity reserve allows campaign payouts to be made in BTC, ETH, fiat or OAK and helps mitigate currency fluctuations related to large campaign payouts.

Project Incentive Fund
The Acorn Ecosystem must compete with established platforms. To help with platform growth, we have devised the Project Incentive Fund, which rewards early adopters. This is a double accelerator - not only is the platform free but it rewards those generating early traction with incredibly generous incentives. It’s a mechanism to employ a huge marketing budget in an area where it almost guarantees rapid growth for the platform and currency.

Such a change in the project should be justified. Based on the information that we have all received, the prospects for the project on fees are very good, so it seems that such key indicators and figures have been changed. I think all this is not in vain! - I really would like to see the project in the ranking of the best in 2018, I think there is every chance. Let's look at the results - it's only a couple of months to wait. Good luck and only forward! Wink

What is the reason for postponing MAIN SALE 26 MAY 2018 Huh Is this a good or unfavorable signal for investors? A week before the previous date, suddenly this? Does anyone know this how can it be related to the certainty that the upper lath will be reached and the declared amount of currency collected? Of course, I do not doubt the project and the team - but such sharp movements on the eve of the main sale - are justified?

Are there any assessments of the project from eminent publications? Are there any interviews with the creators?
the Acorn team has even its own channel You can also watch the interview with some developers on this channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCfwHzwNR66HYtgruKKKxEvA
What about assessments? ICObench gave an assessments of Acorn in 4.1 points of five

Listing on HitBTC is already something substantial. One of the signs of the seriousness of the project is a listing on exchanges. Good projects do not have such problems. Conversely, projects that are not credible usually have problems with this.
I definitely agree with you, as listing on exchanges is really a problem now due to the large amount of ICO. Hitbtc is one of the best exchanges.

I heard that Hitbtc asks for 100 bitcoins for listing on the exchange, if this is true, then the Acorn has seriously taken up their product and will not let it fail. And yes Hitbtc is one of the best exchanges.

Acorn talks about the possibility of using the platform all around the world. But it is already known that there are restrictions for cryptocurrencies. How's that going to work out? I am sure that investors from all over the world will want to invest in projects that the platform is going to support.
Yes, there are some restrictions: the economic and political status of a country has an impact on the status of its projects and enterprises. The Acorn Collective wants to minimize such phenomena, because the market of developing countries is affected more than others by insufficient funding. Overall, the enviroment is improving.
Is everything based on the capabilities of the blockchain?
Yes, due to the decentralized approach, transparency and reliability. These principles allow to implement projects without geographical reference.
Will the platform accept any projects?
All projects, no matter to what category they belong, will be able to Use the Acorn Collective platform. It can be both small enterprises and large organizations.
Will the platform develop the Asian direction? Now the Chinese market is very attractive.
