The total number of tokens reduced is excellent news for pre-sale participants.
Maybe I'm reading it wrong, so please, if someone can explain the following to me.
1. Will the hard cap on the sale be 32million OAK? Based on my (terrible?) maths, theres 7 Million unaccounted when I add up the Main Ico+Non Public allocation+pre-sale.
In OP - https://drive.google.com/open?id=1eaCaRfs9qIAUY2-DBSA1NLcFrwfzvvDV the hard cap is indicated in the amount of 26KK. But You are right, there is something wrong with arithmetic. 60% of 65 million is 39 million tokens. And 7KK of them were implemented on pre-ICO. That is, there should be 32 million.
Apparently this Liquidity Reserve and Project Incentive Fund:
Liquidity Reserve
Our liquidity reserve allows campaign payouts to be made in BTC, ETH, fiat or OAK and helps mitigate currency fluctuations related to large campaign payouts.
Project Incentive Fund
The Acorn Ecosystem must compete with established platforms. To help with platform growth, we have devised the Project Incentive Fund, which rewards early adopters. This is a double accelerator - not only is the platform free but it rewards those generating early traction with incredibly generous incentives. It’s a mechanism to employ a huge marketing budget in an area where it almost guarantees rapid growth for the platform and currency.

Thanks for the response on number 2. Hopefully we can get some answers on the unaccounted 7 million from the team.
