The SEC will soon be shutting down scam sites like this and Bitconnect. Anyone that invests in these scams will also be held liable for all the funds they stole! Good luck...you will need it!

It's not unheard of for the SEC to take action on crypto sites and alts, though clearly hes delusional to think investors are on the hook for anything.

No it has not got anything to do with eth tokens (ERC20) the only think it has similar to ethereum is the ETH in the name.. thats all, maybe also the fact you cay buyin with ETH but apart from that there is no connection to Ethereum or actually even bitconnect (which has its own block-chain for example) The pay-out rates are incredibly huge though
