Just as I thought, property will never die since the demand on property will never decreased, but it will always increase every time.

in the USA a lots of people deny to buy property, so interested, how it change REcoin in future? Can we pay rent with REcoin? Huh

Yet another newbie money collecting project, does not sound appealing. If the project is serious, they won't start with a newbie. Newbie is only for quick money then disappear, lol.

sorry... what? someday bitcoin, eth and etc was a newbies and so? i don't understand what you talking about. more project really emerge and then quickly die, but here the idea is pretty good and if it is correctly apply it will not disappear like other. The recoin is not similar to other cryptocurrencies, whose names we do not even remember.

why? There are different contracts for rentals, maybe for some it would be profitable. For example, those that act as an installment loan.

it would profitable at least because it's only 85cents.
and now look at the value of cryptos giants such as btc, etheteum, and etc.

Well, it's all depend on its develop(quickly or not), popularity as well. But I think that investing in developing cryptocurrency it is a long-term investment.

I'm not exactly sure how this works but I've had a little browse of the whitepaper.. So the proceeds from the ICO will be invested into real estate meaning the value of the Token will be backed 1:1 by the value of real estate, will the token be traded on exchanges?

Proceeds from the real estate will be reinvested into further real estate, how does this benefit the value to the tokens you hold from your initial investment?

OK, I'm going to have to have a proper look at the whitepaper I think lol
