Brilliant idea! The combination of all the advantages of a crypto currency and the reliability of investment in real estate is a guarantee of success. I think ReCoin will be attractive both for conservative people, and for innovators.

that's nice what REcoin’s activities are in full compliance and governed by United States law, cause i dont want to do any operation with real estatement with illegal currency

Seems legit and hope it's true that they will allot 2% for charity.
And if it's backed by real estate, then, later on there's no problem in providing those list of properties on the website.
This will give more credibility to the project that they are not using such false links or fake real estate properties.

Please provide more information about your ICO and product.

- Open source your smart-contract (on Github) so potential investors, like myself, can audit it and check your total supply
- The currency is backed by real estate, sure, but how can users cash out if they ever want to? Tether has been so successful since users can buy it from almost any exchange and cash it out for fiat whenever they please.
- You have no legal documentation on your website besides a white paper, which is not classified as a legal binding document.
- You have no crowdsale agreement. I hope you understand that US citizens, such as yourself (states on your website Las Vegas), cannot participate in ICOs.
- All your property purchases will be in your name and you could potentially keep everything for yourself. Explain to us why this cannot happen.

To me, this doesn't sound like an ICO I could invest in with just the information you have provided. If you're more transparent about your project, you may get far more investors as the idea behind it sounds great.

I have heard that REcoin acquired several office blocks in the biggest USA cities recently. It is good to see that REcoin's creators are doing so much in order to make REcoin a safer and more long-term orientated investment opportunity.

Isn't the real estate market hyper-inflated at the moment?  I agree that its a much better bet than fiat currency at the moment though.
