Hello, mate. It is planned to launch INS testnet in Q4 2018. The mainnet goes live in 2019. According to the INS timetable after the launch of the first mainnet the INS team plans to continue expanding the project worldwide.

The total token supply is 50,000,000 INS. Unfortunately,there is no bounty program.
