Bounty hunters are the biggest problem for these new ICO's these days but I see huge number of participants in the bounty so there will be lesser value in stakes.

first , did u think , for example total token raised just a small amount
in this case INS just put 5% of total token to bounty
but , the real problem in my mind is a huge bonus.
