WildShark, it seems the ION community was at its best last night in answering suchmoon s questions for yesterday.

Join Ionomy slack today for your chance to be completely ignored...but we'll take your BTC.

Let's look on the bright side. So far we have learned that Sunday and Monday are not good days to get answers.

If you don't get any answers this time, I would suggest trying during business hours in singapore, you know, since this is a totally legitimate operation there.

As a sidenote, this is one of the problems with having the main information channel be a free slack channel. Things disappear, a forum where questions and answers can live forever has it's benefits.

Nothing ION related would ever be late!

YOU FUDDERS!!!
I don't have time to fud, I'm too busy playing ionomy games. One game per month is almost too much to handle for me!

As funny as it is i honestly wish groups like this would actually release something. Seems everyone wants to have an idea raise money then see if they can do it. That is instead of actually developing the stuff, then getting funds.

I don't understand how the api takes so long. Half of ionomy users think its this magical super complex operating system. Its a library of sub calls that call third party service stuff. It really shouldn't take this long. They have users sticking up with them because they make statements like its so it doesn't turn into dao again etc... people go ooooooo you guys rock dao fucked up but truth is there is no real similarity between dao and their api.

The real truth is they came up with the idea and then decided after getting funds on starting work and figuring it out as they go. If you gave me or any others here 360btc i'm pretty sure you could accomplish more than they have so far.

360btc = $220,000 usd approx

Lets break it down for fun
- $10,000 on a website
- $30,000 to have gravity made
- rest of programmers focus on api while those are going ahead.
shit we have $180,000 left.... and our premine bounty stuff....

Doesn't anyone else or their investors see this?

Ionomy is a project with raised capital that haven't actually delivered anything yet other than a combination of dash and blackcoin that could of been done for $5,000 fast if you threw money at it...

at this point I wouldn't even be surprised if the next step of the ion scam is the old "zOMG, we got hacked!" routine, after which they can close everything down, wait a few months, then set up their next shitcoin scam.

@Franz_Huber Adding more or different questions does not change my response...

@suchmoon Where is the latest copy of your BitcoinTalk ION FAQ document at? Please provide the link...
This is the ION thread, which was started by the Ionomy Team. The answers to important questions regarding ION coin should be posted here by the team.

Here are some of the unanswered questions again:
What are the addresses for all the BTC collected during the ICO (not just some of them. All.)
What addresses were the XPY burnt at? (All of them, not just some.)
What are the addresses for bounty and other team wallets?
How will the team work around Google's and Apple's rules prohibiting the use of third-party payment methods in mobile games?
Does Ionomy plan to maintain and update its "monthly" games (if they ever get published in the first place)?
Are community masternodes, atoms, or any other ionomy tokens considered securities in the US or Singapore?
Can we see valid proof for Ionomy being a registered company in Singapore?
How many masternodes does the Ionomy team own?

The author of this thread posted an ICO announcement and don't have the time or promised to answer the questions from Bitcoin Trolls. Try asking your questions in Ionomy slack where the Ionomy community will try hard to give you an honest answer to your questions.
This is the official ION thread.

How is this an official ION thread? This is a ION ICO announcement... please read the OP
Team Ionomy refusing to answer questions in the ION ICO thread they started themselves is not a red flag to you as an investor?

I encourage others to join the Ionomy and do your homework on the ION investment... The Ionomy slack community encourage a fun atmosphere to discuss your concerns...

It seems that it will show that the Ionomy community did the best job of answering your tough questions for the resources available in Ionomy slack on a Sunday night. Look forward to U returning and continuing your discussion/questions about the Ionomy and ION.

Here are again some of the questions regarding ION that remain unanswered:

What are the addresses for all the BTC collected during the ICO?
What are the burn addresses for all XPY that got exchanged into ION at an 8:1 rate?
What are the addresses for bounty and other team wallets?
How many masternodes does the Ionomy team own?
How will the team work around Google's and Apple's rules prohibiting the use of third-party payment methods in mobile games?
Does Ionomy plan to maintain and update its "monthly" games (if they ever get published in the first place)?
Are community masternodes, atoms, or any other ionomy tokens considered securities in the US or in Singapore?
Can we see valid proof for Ionomy being a registered company in Singapore?

The title of this thread is: "[ANN] ION [ION] | ICO LIVE | PoS 3.0 | Mobile Gaming | Join the ionomy today!"
The thread was started by the creators of ION. If they want people to "join the ionomy", as the title says, why are they refusing to answer questions here? Why do you, Wildshark, keep asking people to go to a chat website for answers? Wouldn't it be much more convenient to answer the questions here once and for all, instead of sending people to the chat individually over and over again? And why are no answers provided in the chat either? Does the Ionomy team feel the need to hide the truth for some reason?

If it's in Singapore it should be showing up on https://www.bizfile.gov.sg/ and it isn't. I'll take an official government site over your claims any day, sorry.

WildShark
I will now make a claim that the registration is in the official government site and this information was provided to Bitcointalk and again in last night's Q&A session on Ionomy slack.

rdewilde [6:32 PM]
@suchmoon 201006641K https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.15102459 i know you like official sources better

WildShark
I also suggest that you change the FAQ question "Why Singapore" to "Where is Ionomy company registered", And in the answer cite the current actual status of the registration. This will make the FAQ closer to publishing the actual verifiable facts.

Suchmoon statement on Ionomy slack:

suchmoon [6:15 PM]
What's ionomy PTE registration # in Singapore?

suchmoon [6:34 PM]
also Graval PTE has some sort of compliance issue, look it up on bizfile.gov.sg

suchmoon [6:38 PM]
ok so it's slow mail to blame :slightly_smiling_face: ... maybe let's skip that one for now...

The creators of ION is a small staff and don't have the resources to answer the questions from the Bitcoin Trolls or any other forum the ICO announcement was left in. Suchmoon has excellent success in getting his/her questions answered from asking the question in the ionomy slack using the resources of the Ionomy community. This frees the creators of ION to work on high priority stuff.

No, I did not have "excellent success". I had flat-out refusal from the "team" and some guesswork from the general population. Bad lying Shark.

My recollection of the conversation was that the team provided you all answers. and you didn't like the answer and now you claim they "flat-out refusual"?

Your recollection is wrong. If you have "all answers" please post them here.

My recollection of the conversation was that the team provided you all the answers to the questions you brought forth. and you didn't like the answer and now you claim they "flat-out refusual" or answers from the ION community with "guesswork"? I think you had excellent success in getting data for your Bitcoin ION FAQ and also getting answers to your additional tough questions you asked.

Your recollection is wrong, also known as "lying". Please post "all the answers to the questions [suchmoon] brought forth". Unless you're lying of course.

Here is the log for your convenience:

I will cut out the background noise and make it into a question-answer list if I have time later.

Refer to the following Bitcoin post for my facts:
Seriously how many times.......... this ain't no paycoin

Haven't you got anything better to do ??

You must have lost a shit load of money to be so butt sore

Not sure if you maybe missed the point of what he's getting at.

He's pointing out that the probable future of Ion is exactly the same as another crap coin which the current Ionomy team had a hand in working with, as well as numerous other crap coins that have been created by scammers, or people who reached beyond their capabilities.

haha based on what ? this person is one of those that under the banner of doing a public service is pushing his own little agenda.

Ionomy's first game is soon to be launched..... Is it gonna be any good............ that's gonna be subjective.

What's not subjective though is the group have spent time, money & effort on making it happen. If this were a scam then it would be the shittest scam on the planet when you consider all the effort you would need to invest to make your first million  Grin

Except, based on what I've read, they've not invested their money, they've invested other peoples.  And there's no way to be sure that that money has been spent wisely.

If I was a less scrupulous person I could claim to be creating something special, get everyone else ot pay for it, put out a half assed job, just so I can say "Look I did it" then walk away with the rest of the money.  It's all about being able to claim you've made a fair and reasonable effort.

Btw, what ever happened to the whole company registration thing?  is there even a company by the name Ionomy PTE registered in Singapore yet?

There's still no company registered in Singapore under Ionomy PTE. The company they are operating under is, I believe, currently called Graval PTE. I don't know whether they still intend to change it or not.

Correct. The GRAVAL PTE. LTD. (201006641K) is registered and in bad standing currently.
They can change it to whatever they want, doesn't mean its operating correctly.
We use to give Josh Garza and Carmelo Milan grief over the needed money exchange licencing needed to operate.

Singapore is the same.
http://www.mas.gov.sg/news-and-publications/media-releases/2014/mas-to-regulate-virtual-currency-intermediaries-for-money-laundering-and-terrorist-financing-risks.aspx
"Singapore, 13 March 2014 … The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) said today that it will regulate virtual currency intermediaries in Singapore to address potential money laundering and terrorist financing (ML/TF) risks..."

http://www.mas.gov.sg/regulations-and-financial-stability/regulations-guidance-and-licensing/money-changing-and-remittance-businesses.aspx
"Money-changing involves the buying and selling of foreign currency notes and may be conducted under a sole proprietorship, partnership or company.  The money-changing licensees are expected to put in place an appropriate system, including the reporting of suspicious transactions, to help prevent money laundering and terrorist financing. They are required to keep complete records of all their transactions and perform relevant customer due diligence measures for transaction amounts of S$5,000 and above.

The holder of a remittance licence has to be incorporated as a company with a minimum capital of S$100,000 and furnish a security deposit of S$100,000 in respect of its place of business. With the different remittance channels including banks, offering remittance services, customers are expected to exercise discretion in choosing their remittance channel for the transmission of funds overseas.  Besides putting in place an effective system, including the reporting of suspicious transactions, to help prevent money laundering and terrorist financing, the remittance licensees are required to maintain complete records of all their transactions and perform relevant customer due diligence measures for every remittance transaction.

MAS supervises the money-changing and remittance licensees primarily for anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism purposes."

With the operating funds raised and the ION teams lack of information.
I'll assume they're not operating the company under the legal requirements.
Instead of waiting to here from the ION team or Adam about. I emailed MAS the inquiry since it states at the end of the page...

"If you have information to suspect that an individual or a company is conducting or advertising to conduct money-changing or remittance business without a valid money-changer’s or  remittance licence respectively, you can call (65)-6225-5577 or write to the Banking Department II of MAS at [email protected] or Monetary Authority of Singapore, MAS Building, 10 Shenton Way, Singapore 079117."

Mr. Lying Shark,

the 201006641K registration number does not belong to Ionomy PTE referred to in ionomy.com TOS. Ionomy PTE does not exist on https://www.bizfile.gov.sg/ .

Please try again when you know what you're talking about.

What fucking conversation were you reading? CeForce most definitely flat it refused to provide answers...several of them. I actually don't think he provided one single answer. Great showing from the ION team, yep. The fantasy world you live in is gonna get you in big trouble and I'm gonna laugh at you when it does.

MrCoins was a mega shill, but WildShark you make him look like a saint. When you are proven wrong, you turn into a broken record and make yourself look even more foolish.

Was? MrCoins is still alive and well on slack Grin

As for the lying piece of shark - I don't think he cares much how he looks like anymore, just trying to make "join ionomy" the last post in the thread in the hopes of getting someone to buy his dumps. Karma will be a female dog on this one.

You don't have to "hope", you have the link, open it, find "all answers" from the "team", and post them here. What's the problem sharkie? Backpedaling much?

Edit: http://gawsomest.coolpage.biz/slack/general_Ionomy_Slack_001_edited.htm <-- edited log with the irrelevant chatter removed. But feel free to use the full log if you think I missed something.

So to recap - I got the list of development bounty addresses that's already been in the FAQ for a while, and "no" to everything else. The conversation continued a bit longer after I took that copy, I'll add to it later. There was no new info in it anyway,

It seems that it will show that the Ionomy community did the best job of providing information to your tough questions for the resources available in Ionomy slack on a Sunday night. Look forward to U returning and continuing your discussion about the Ionomy and ION.
