As you can see the f u n d decreased exactly of 1 ixc as usual, so the amount sent didn't change a bit the miners f u n d s. If the first 6050 addresses are invalidated, the amount sent is actually burned.
Am I right?

How can you be so sure it’s 580k, did you check if this number was set in the fork?

21 million. They’re simply double counting the premine (1 ixc reward per block) which is being remined/redistributed. Seems pretty clear. Try doing just one hour of reading on this thread instead of playing counterstrike in your mom’s basement.
