That could be the reason but there are still a big reason why the price now started to show some signs of progress.
Mostly when it is only listed in few small exchanges price does not seem to be like this, maybe below ICO price but as what
I have observed it was in the range of 3K sats before and now it rise to 4k sats.

For now InsureX listed on the EtherDelta exchange and you can buy it there. Actually he is not only registered in etherdelta but in HitBtc also already exist but for this HitBtc you must monitor first before trading there

Price is not stable yet due to small volume but that great increase is good to see as it will enter soon in bittrex or liqui.
I am already thinking the current price will be doubled once it happens just like what happen to PTOY when it enter trading in bittrex, normally people are very aggressive when seeing a coin that has a good potential trading at its first day.
