All projects are suffering and declining their value due to big fear about the future and you are marking a project as safe investment even they don't have something working.

They are selling most of this coal to China...And then buy electricity from Russia and China. It's not very clever.
Well, I like Karvuon concept, but I'd rather wait for STO so I'll be sure I will receive dividends after the full launch of the project.
