they will have hybrid sales rounds. And I honestly do not quite understand how it will work in practice. I will wait for more news from the team.

That would be incredibly hard. Not many Mongolian projects launched successful IPOs and not many crypto projects as well.

Mongolia has a single stock exchange, so it's possible to make an IPO on it, I guess: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mongolian_Stock_Exchange

IPO won't be very fast now they should think how to organise successful IEO and STO.

I think they should attract more foreigh investors. I mean large private investors. And most of them are from Western countries.
