I have not yet had a chance to update the website and services to reflect the change to KIMO, but it will be coming soon.  Comkort has been notified of the change, but I have not yet heard back from them.  I let them know about it in advance, and they were responsive, so I expect it's just a matter of time before BTC trading begins.  It would probably speed things up if everyone contacts them to let them know that we are looking forward to the update.

KIMO coin is now in good reliable hands.

If calculate mining profit even with today low price, it is still very good if compare to other altcoins.
But we need more users and urgently as soon as possible.

Thanks for the feedback.  I have merged KIMO into the main repository which makes this our official client.  The OP has been updated and I have notified Comkort of the change.  I plan to work on updating the website and services over the weekend.

The new wallet uses the same block chain and is 100% compatible with the old wallet.  Just close the old one and open this one.  1 KIMO = 1000 KMC.

Changes:

• Change symbol from KMC to KIMO
• Move decimal left so that 1000 KMC = 1 KIMO
• Removed alternate units from Qt interface
• Updated seed nodes
• Updated Kimocoin graphics
• Fixed broken block reward subsidy (7/14/14 hard fork)
• Changed alert key

Please note that this code has not yet been merged into the master github repo, so if you want to compile from source please check out the KIMO branch.  If no one has any problems then in a few days we will merge the changes into master, and ask Comkort to switch over to KIMO.
